Due to the heat and dry summer, he left the lawn long - and it didn't look mowed. It was very long. He doesn't have a bagger on the mower and the mulcher left large clumps in the lawn.

"I am sorry that you are not pleased with the service you were provided; however, I did inform you prior to being hired that I did not have a bagger. There are benefits to not bagging the lawn clippings. I prefer to disperse/mulch the lawn clippings, and usually this works just fine. Unfortunately, your sprinkler system turned on while I was there on a few occasions, making it nearly impossible to disperse. You may have noticed, that I did not charge you for your final mowing. -Marc"
