We have given Shane (owner) over $7000 to turn our porch into a master bedroom and bathroom and open the entry from kitchen to dining room. He never showed up consistently due to lack of employees and personal matters. We did have set backs with getting permits from the city, however nothing in the house is finished even with having all necessary permits at this time. Shane has ignored all phone calls, emails, text messages, and demand letters from lawyers. We have tried over and over to be civil with this individual and give him chance after chance and all we have asked for is communication. He contiues to post pictures on his facebook business account and show completed jobs. He has left our house in shambles with our two young children and made our house an eye sore compared to the rest of our city block as you can see from the photos. Since we have had no communication we now are stuck with needing to reach out to another company to finish this project. Resulting in us needing to spend more money to finish this project and a huge loss of funds causing financial constraints on our family
