After discovering standing water in our basement shortly
after we finished it, saying we were devastated is an understatement. Knowing
time is of the essence, we called Midwest Restoration to help us. They were at
our house within 2 hours and were very reassuring that they would help us get
our basement back to normal. They quickly assessed the situation and gave us their
recommendations based on the damage. They came back that day and began work to
restore the basement. We couldn?t have been happier with the work they did!
They were professional and friendly! They were very cautious to ensure that the
rest of the house or areas which weren?t damaged were protected. Most importantly,
with the use of their advanced equipment, they were able to put my mind at ease
that my family would be safe from growth.
I highly recommend Midwest Restoration to anyone else that has restoration needs because
their knowledge, professionalism, and high quality of work will put you at ease
during your unfortunate situation.
