Their system of business allows their men to be efficient, and get work done. Their plumbers are great to work with and top notch. I have used them repeatedly, and always been very pleased with their work!

They did the job and completed it well. There was really no worst part as far as their workmanship, but I was just surprised at the price. They were there within two days and he told me what they were going to be doing. I would probably use them in the future, but I would check and have them give me an estimate of the cost first.

Everything went great. Things were done in a professional and timely matter. I will definitely have them back for the next project.

Petersen Plumbing is the best. They arrive when they are suppose to. They clean up when they are done. Always professional but also very friendly. They are the only plumbers I would let in my house. I know I can trust them to be in my house even if I can't be there. The quality of their work is top notch.

My whole family has been using them for about 5 years now. The owners are the ones that do the work, and it is family owned. They are very personable, professional and friendly. I never have a problem with scheduling.  I even hide a key for them so they can do the work while I am not there at the home. I really trust them. They are not the cheapest, but they are completely worth it.

Their crew member went down into lift station, which was about 20 feet deep to check on the pumps and piping. He accidentally stepped on all the pipes and disconnected and broke them all. They had to rebuild everything and then billed us when he was the reason why. I was very unhappy with my whole experience. I even wrote a letter and they never even responded to me. We will not use them anymore.

He brought his son along to the appointment for training purposes. He charged me for two technicians when really he was training his son on the job. It did not take two plumbers to do this work. I felt taken advantage of. He was a sub contractor so I did not have any interaction with him leading up to his arrival. They also replaced the outdoor faucet. We have had a problem with mice the last 5-6 years. No one could previously figure out where mice were coming in. He had let us know that whoever did work in the area previously, had left a hole, which was where the mice were getting through.

They were able to come out the same day I called to service my home. If they could not come out that day, they would have scheduled us in as soon as they possibly could. Instead of suggesting a new system, he tried hard to fix the issues first. I really appreciated that and I am very satisfied with their service. While he was at my home, he received an emergency call and told me he would be right back to finish the work with me, and he did exactly that.   I will definitely use him again in the future.

They were very prompt and they fixed everything well. It was like down home service. The receptionist was terrific and they gave friendly service. One technician came out and it took about 60 minutes to complete job.

They did great work for us and I was very satisfied with their service. They were local and had a great reputation. They were very responsive and were able to come out the next day. There was one technician and it took about 3 hours to complete the work. He would address any questions I had as well.

Excellent experience.  Very nice family run business.  Keith came to the house to review the scope of the project and provide a quote.  He and his son, Ryan, did the majority of the work.  His daughter, Kelly, runs the office and assisted with all of the fixtures.  They were professional, clean, and the final invoice matched the quote.
