Superb job. Literally every person who visits comments on how beautiful our kitchen/living room/dining room is. The attention to detail was incredible, Jason Geffers is a perfectionist and thinks of every little detail. His crew is professional and efficient. There were 2 things that really caught my eye about his crew - they always wore eye protection while they were working, and there was never any coarse language. These small things just further demonstrate the professionalism of Jason and his crew (also known as Your Better Builders.)
They're not the cheapest out there, but the results were completely worth it - I'm so glad we went with Geffers. It's been 2-1/2 years since we had the work done and it's still just a pleasure to walk in the door and see the rooms and the extraordinary view they opened up with the large windows.
They arrived on time every day, and finished the job as scheduled ... about 3 weeks on the interior. Considering just how much "deconstruction"/demolition had to be done, and then all of the construction/remodeling, there's no way I ever thought it could get done in 3 weeks, but Jason was right on. He was flexible during the work - he had a few suggestions, some of which we took and some we didn't. We also had a few changes and they accommodated without blinking.
I would use these guys again in a second, but my house has pretty much been fully remodeled by them!
