SEAT NEEDED SPRINGS FIXED, INSTEAD HE OVERSTUFFED THE CHAIR TO THE POINT THAT THE STUFFING MATERIAL IS BULGING OUT THE BOTTOM. THE BACK AND ARMS DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STUFFING TO THE POINT THE BACK SAGS AND THE ARMS ARE UNEVEN. THE BLACK UNDERLAYMENT FOR THE BOTTOM OF THE CHAIR IS FULL OF LITTLE STAPLES THAT WILL NOT HOLD FOR ANY LEGNTH OF TIME, AND THE UNDERLAYMENT ITSELF IS BUNCHED UP. UPON DELIVERY, HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE TO CONCERNS.

Regarding this member's rocker job. We told her that we would meet at her home to talk about her concerns and we would pickup the chair, handle those adjustments and she could come to our shop to approve before we delivered it back to her home. We were never rude. That is an untruth. She told us she does not want us to make any adjustments, but we, being a service shop, see the job all the way through, always, whether it be thick or thin. No shop can be faulted for this practice. We have never had anyone act like this to us. I'm sure she is a good person. Let's communicate. Joe Ilnicki, Upholstery Works, Inc.
