They actually had to re-plumb for our laundry room. They put the pipes in an outside wall and did not insulate the wall. Therefore, our pipes froze and consequently our laundry room and basement flooded. They did, however, send someone out the next day to fix it. They constantly were not here when they said they would be. The punctuality was horrible. They also put a liner in the shower stall in preparation for doing tile work. When I got quotes for the tile work, every company stated that the liner was installed improperly. We then had to have the tile company re-install the shower liner so it would not leak. We also had this company back because I smelled a gas leak. The connection that Best Plumbing did for this was defective. They did, however, come out and fix it when we called about the problem. I would not recommend this company to others.

They had to fix the sump pump, when the power goes out, it takes over. So when charger went back on it wasn't properly charging.
