They get here to do an estimate in a reasonable time frame, but I chose another option.

They did a great job. They got on the job pretty quickly. It looks really good. They did a nice job. They got it done quickly. I think the price was fair. They were pretty competitive. They were the most responsive among the three companies that I called.

We were extremely happy with the job this company did. When putting the quote together and scheduling, they were responsive and were willing to communicate by email, which made it easier for us. After we were on the schedule, they were delayed by one day due to rain, and they let us know right away. They were professional and friendly. They did a good job protecting the landscaping, and they cleaned up the driveway really well. (We did find a lot of nails in the grass around the house, and we used a Magnet Broom to find them and pick them up.) The roof looks great. They had to replace some wood in a few areas, due to water damage. As the guy was bringing us the final invoice, he saw that the inside portion of one of the solar tube skylights had fallen into the house. He stayed late to help get it back into place, which was a good thing because someone had to go back up on the roof and adjust it from up there. We wouldn't have been able to fix that on our own. That little extra time he spent really impressed me. We would definitely recommend them.

We can't say enough about AD Roofing. After forty years of owning homes both here and in Boston, we've dealt with our share of roofers. AD puts them all to shame. From start to finish, every aspect of their work was exceptional. Communication was superb, their craftsmanship was meticulous, they treated our home with respect, and their price was very competitive. A rare experience in quality and value.

They arrived each morning on time. Worked hard each day and cleaned up good each day. Weren't loud with music. Did a really nice job. No dumpster. Just a big truck each day that left with the mess. Had an additional job of fixing some siding that was damaged did a great job. Came back same day when we found something that needed fixing. Actually came out and gave a good estimate including getting on the roof and looking. Other company didn't get on roof. Came two times out to house to give us samples when I could not make up my mind on colors and waited and never nagged me about when I wanted to start.

AD was not the lowest bid received. However, after reading the reviews of so many happy customers I called and requested a counterbid, but AD works time and materials and said that it would most likely come in close to the lower bidder if the job assumptions hold true. They not only came through with a repair that was a perfect match with my existing roof, but showed up early, did not require my presence, cleaned up well and accomplished the job quickly with a courteous team. The bill then came in significantly less than the lowest bidder, which was a real bonus. In the not distant future, I will be contacting AD about a complete reroof when my current roof expires.

Workers arrived right at agreed upon time and date and got to work ripping off old shingles and damaged wood underneath. All damaged wood was replaced, new insulation to code (depth of around 18") was installed and new roof was installed. The process took 3 days and after each day the crew completely cleaned up the yard. When they left on the third day there was no debris, no garbage, and no nails laying in the yard. Cleanup was perfect!

We are in the process of selling our home, when we discovered the need for new flashing. The first visit occurred after a new snow, the day we were to have an open house. The estimator went to great lengths to prevent foot steps on roof ahead of this open house. In two weeks the work force came and put in a new flashing. They worked efficiently and with out mess. We were impressed and happy it was repaired before the next open house.

Went well. Showed up when promised. Crew was very professional and hard working. As promised, when the snow melted around the house, they came back to makes sure all the debris and nails were removed. During the work the crew lead recommended some additional flashing repairs should be performed. I agreed to do this considering the professional job they had done on my ridge caps. They came back when promised and completed those repairs. I expect my roof to last another 5 years and when it needs replacing, they will be my first call.

Answered the call promptly, arrived on time, assessed the wind damage and made a temporary repair. Sent a quote a few days later for the full job which we will do very shortly.

Emailed company on Sunday night for estimate on some storm Damaged shingles. Owner replied back within hours asking what time I would be available. 9am Monday morning crew was already there. Gave estimate and fixed right away. I will be using them in future for All my roofing and gutter needs.

They were promt and had a reasonable price. They were also good at communicating with me, returning all calls and emails promptly. I was happy with the work and the cleanup. The siding has made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my home. Thank you Mr . Dwyer and all of your staff. Work was satisfactorially completed and I am happy as a customer. I recommend this company to anyone.

It went well. They came out and gave me an approximate quote. Was very pleased, they removed everything from the property. The actual cost was less than the quote! Will definitely use again.

Job went well. Good communication from Aaron when weather pushed back the date. Good project manager (James) and the work was done well. No way getting around the fact that a roof tear-off is a messy endeavor, but they cleaned up well and I would hire them again.

I called AD Roofing and received very prompt response to my initial request. I sent pictures of the work request and again received a prompt response. Aaron and I were able to work out an appointment very quickly (within 2 days) and the employee showed up right on time. Aaron fully understood the sense of urgency I had - home inspections and home selling is an emotional process! I'm very pleased with the response time and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Aaron was very responsive in setting the appointment and working around our schedule. When the work got delayed due to rain, he was again very responsive. During the quote process, his people were professional and actually recommended not having some work done that I had asked for. I suspected that my rubber roof needed to be replaced, but they told me it has life left in it and it is in good shape. On the day of the repairs, they were quick and professional and the cost was slightly less than estimated, which is always a very nice surprise.

Had 5 other bids and this place was buck o bucks. Must have been getting ready for the slow winter season in Key West or something. No reason a small 2 story should cost what he wanted to charge.

One morning after a heavy rain, I woke up to realize water was dripping onto the bed in my guest room from a leak in the roof. I found AD Roofing on Angie's List and called them. They came out in a couple of days (on a Friday) and assessed the cause for the leak. It was a bit more substantial than I had hoped, but I asked if they could get it done that day (because it was a 3 day weekend, and had heavy rain predicted). They said they would try. I had to leave to go to work, but when I came home I saw evidence where they had fixed the roof. The next day we had heavy rain and - no leak!! I appreciate how they worked hard to squeeze in my project before the rain.

A joy to work with from the moment I made contact with them. Only 21 days passed from when I called them until the job was complete. They came out within days of my calling, went up on the roof to evaluate the existing skylights, determined the skylights needed replacing (they were 25 years old), explained why they needed replacing, took photos to show me why they needed replacing, and two days later sent me a very reasonable estimate of the cost of replacing the windows. After I agreed to the work, and the replacement windows were ordered and in, AD Roofing called to schedule the job. On the day of work the two installers showed up on time, explained how things would go, and started in on the job. Although it was one of the hottest/most humid days of the year they worked steadily throughout the day, stopping only for lunch and to go buy inside trim specific for this job. They did a fantastic job installing the windows, replacing the roofing that needed removed to do the job, and trimming up the inside of the windows. I must say I was outside most of the time working on another project, so I was able to see what was going on with the installation. As I saw how they sealed everything around the framing I will rest easy for years to come these windows won't give us any issues. Should any of my friends have any issues involving roofing I will not hesitate to recommend AD Roofing!!

Crew showed up at the appointed time and finished in a timely manner. The foreman was nice and answered my questions. No problems at all.

I had a small job to reattach a portion of gutter that had come loose and was hanging off of my house. I thought I would have trouble finding someone to do a small job. They were very quick to respond, sent somebody to quote, and then were able to do the job quickly and professionally.

This was a four day job. Patrick and his crew showed up on time all four days, worked systematically around the various parts of the roof, and cleaned up the site every night before leaving. I was particularly pleased with how they scheduled the replacement of the shingles. Fortunately rain was never an issue during the four days, however the way the crew worked on sections of the roof would have minimized any exposure to the elements if rain occurred. It was nice to not have to deal with a dumpster. The new gutters and downspouts not only look great, but they were installed in a much more sensible way than the existing gutters. The crew was very polite and worked hard.

We have a hip roofed ranch house that required about 90 bundles of Owens-Corning architectural shingles to do the job. The work also included installing 8 new roof vents, 2 soil pipe flashings, new chimney flashings, and aprox. 230 feet of gutter leaf guards. AD Roofing's crew showed up on time on the agreed upon date and immediately went to work. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up at the end of each work day. They completed the entire job in 2 days and everything was done perfectly. We would highly recommend this contractor to anyone in the Milwaukee Wi. Metro are.
