Aaron returned my call immediately. He was prompt, punctual and professional. He did exactly everything he promised. His follow-up was oustanding.

They were absolutely wonderful, exceptional and excellent too. It was a very difficult roofing job, but they did a fantastic job. I had other roofers who couldn?t tell me as to what the problem was. However, the roofer from AD Roofing came out right away and told me about the problem. He came in the middle of winter when I was having some problems and this was before the work started. They deiced and fixed the problem so that the leaking would reduce. I would use their services in the future too and I wouldn?t use anybody else.

We were very pleased with this company. Aaron was reliable and professional. They always showed up on time, had the job completed quickly, and cleaned up. They were courteous and attentive to all of our needs. Aaron was always available by phone, even on the weekends, and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. We chose this company because of their high rating on Angies List and we were not disappointed. We recommend them highly.

I was referred to Aaron by a friend who had also used his company. He was prompt in returning my phone call, and came over to give me an estimate within two to three days of the call. The estimate was was comparable to a few other companies we looked at. After we decided on a color and the size of our skylights AD fit us in their schedule between another large job they were doing. They were completely finished and cleaned up in two days, without the use of any dumpsters. We really appreciated their consideration for our gardens.

It was a good experience with them. I noticed there was a slight problem and they responded very fast. They came back, fixed what I had noticed so it was good. The price was quite reasonable and I think I would use them again.

They came when they said they would. This was something I had been letting go for a while, and put it off because I had other things needed done. I had used them last year so I called for an estimate, they had given me one before but the kept it the same.

Aaron was quick to respond and quote my garage roof. He spent extra time finding a good color match to the 15-YO house roof. For $100 extra, he fixed problems on the house roof (installed by a competitor 15 years ago). That work included replacing missing flashing and securing some shingles that were coming off. He gave me a choice between the 3-tab and architectural shingles (same price) for my garage. The house had the lower-quality 3-tab shingles already. But he said the architectural shingles last longer and look nicer. I listened to his advice and went w/ the nicer architectural shingles and boy am I glad I did, the garage roof looks GREAT. I'm considering making some major renovations to my 2nd floor of my house (replacing hip roof w/ flat roof, and adding some solar). I'm going to insist on using AD Roofing for all roofing when I am ready for that job.

They were responsive and came out within 24 hours to give me an estimate. Their estimate was good.

We were very happy with Aaron and his crew. The project went exactly as Aaron said it would, as far as cost and time needed (in fact, even a bit under budget--Aaron rebated a part of our original estimate as promised when he found that we didn't need new decking). They did an amazing job on clean-up every day before they left. We live right up against our neighbors on one side, and they completely protected their home and garden during the tear-off. The finished roof looks great, and we won't hesitate to recommend AD Roofing (we already have!).

They offered a number of different ways to repair the problem. He also recommended a cheaper way, because it would have looked better. Their price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent as far as I can tell. They were very responsive and professional.

They arrived when promised, installed the roof, flashing, and gutters with no problems at all. I was very pleased with their work--they were easy to work with, and they did top-notch work, Highly recommended.

The bid was accurate. They came and did the proper amount of prep work before and called me in advance and told me when they were coming. They allowed me to select the roof sample that I wanted and they had a good selection. When they came out the workers were quick and efficient and polite. I am very happy with the results.

They were very nice and responsive. The owner responded and came to the property to take a look at what the problem was, and tell us what the solution would be. He was very nice and personable. Within 5 days someone was out here to fix the problem. I thought the price was very good for getting any kind of roofing work done. They fixed a problem that has been ongoing, after we have had people out that said they fixed it and they didn't. They were awesome! They could have told me they had to re-roof the whole area.

Very well. Before we even officially hired them, they came out and spent time fixing a leak on our crumbling roof and did not charge for the work. Once we hired them, it did take quite a while for the work to get started, but it was due to weather holding up the jobs they already had lined up. Once they got started they were efficient and completed everything in about a week. Aaron and Paul worked with renovators at our house to come up with some creative improvements that worked very well. They kept the lawn neat, did a good clean up, and then returned after the snow melted to do another clean up. The cost was a little higher than mid-range estimates, but I felt as confident as I could that the quality would be good so I went with them. They delivered on both quality and service - their customer service is top-notch. I am most impressed with Aaron's quick call backs when I have had questions about the new roof. On more than one occassion either he or someone else has come out in person right away to check things out. They really do stand behind their work.

Work done fixed the problem (ice damming). Others quoted higher cost and more extensive work.

Guys were very careful and clean with their work each day. They cut off the old copper gutters and installed some new drip edge and gutters on the back addition and new front addition as well. They made sure I was consulted on where the downspouts should be for best look and function. After a little extra dealing with hornets and wasps, there were no stings and gutters look great!

Work was completed just before the first snowfall. The workers returned in the Spring to complete the cleanup and inspect the work performed.

This company was professional from the visit by the owner to estimate services and costs to the final visit by the lead worker to provide additional service (at no cost) and to check on customer satisfaction. Workers were prompt, cleaned up after their work, didn't have loud music blaring throughout the neighborhood. They also used quality products. I waited 9 months to file this report because I wanted to see how well their work held up through the winter and spring snows and rains. So far so good.

Aaron is knowledgeable and experienced, low pressure. He keeps contact, returns phone calls. The bid was one of the lower ones. They kept to the bid. The crew was skilled, quiet, hardworking, friendly, tidy. We've gotten many comments about how nice the roof looks. We had a small problem that was resolved without question. A great job for a fair price!

The estimate was done promptly and they responded well and answered all questions. They do not use dumpsters and cleaned up both days after working. They were prompt and it was quality work which the installers took pride in.

The owner was prompt in responding to our initial call and a worker was out within a day or so. The worker was personable, answered all our questions, and performed his work in a timely manner.
