I had a small roofing repair need. Not only did they come out the same day I called, provided a quote, but performed the work the very same day. They did not try to push more repairs then was needed, which had been a problem with other roofing company's I had contacted. Very reasonably priced and professional. I would certainly use them again.

Clean job. Needed a piece of flashing and cauking. Haven't had any rain to test the work till this week, but finally a good rain, with no leakage visible. Very satisfied.

AD Roofing did excellent work, and we are very happy with the new roof. We can say this despite having to pay more than we expected because of an unanticipated problem with our roof. Aaron Dwyer called me after his crew had begun tearing off the old shingles. He was extremely apologetic when he explained that he had not expected to find that our previous roofers (1994) had failed to correct the decking. Our colonial style home had originally had a cedar shake roof. Aaron explained that cedar shake roofs need "breathing space" between the decking boards. Asphalt roofs will deteriorate more quickly if these spaces are left. Our previous roof had indeed deteriorated more quickly than it should have. Aaron told us that he had not expected to find what he did, and he couldn't have known until the old shingles were taken off. Now he'd need to add between $800 and $1000 to his contracted amount to cover the cost of plywood decking and the labor to install it. We had no problem with the extra cost because we trusted our contractor's advice. AD Roofing had installed a rubber roof for us a few years ago, and we were impressed with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend AD Roofing and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

As always, Aaron was quick to respond with an estimate and his crew did what they said they would do. Plus a little more. They properly connected my 4-inch, black flexible tubing to one of the downspouts and added a bit more length to the other downspout's extension than I was expecting. A pleasure to do business with.

Arrived on time, did a big job in one day with 5 guys. Roof looks great.

Bought a new home and during the first rain, our kitchen ceiling was leaking. Called AD Roofing and they promptly returned my call. We arranged a time and date and a roofer came out and fixed our leak well under what we anticipated the cost to be. The roofer took time to explain the problem leading to the leak and what he did to fix the problem.

They called me up the next day of my call and scheduled to do the work the following day. They did a good job and I will continue to use them in future.

First met Aaron because I had very bad ice dams in Feb 2010 that were causing leakage inside my home. Aaron was the second roofing company to return my panic phone call in Feb 2010.... first guy never showed up, Aaron and his crew were there within 3 hours of our conversation..... got a crew up on the roof immediately and removed all melting snow which was leaking into my home and applied "safe" ice melt to the dams, the entire roof was clean by the evening. Aaron came back the next day to walk the roof and figure out what stop-gaps we could do til I could afford to replace the entire roof 3 months later. Aaron returned twice more before the new roof went on to make sure I wasn't having any issues with the "stop-gaps", and I wasn't. I got quotes from 4 different roofers to replace the entire roof, total roof replacement was recommended by all and obviously needed done. Aaron wasn't the cheapest, but he also wasn't the most expensive and he had the best recommendations for things we could do to prevent future ice dams, prolong the life of the new roof and not have me out there in freezing cold "raking my roof".... inserting a couple more vents, making sure they were appropriately cleared out on the inside for air circulation, installing additional insulation above the main body of the house, more appropriately tilted gutters, etc. I had a lot of questions about different types of roofing, Aaron patiently answered all of my questions and listened to what I wanted to have done. I would highly recommend Aaron and all members of his crew.... Aaron was there to meet with me personally a couple different times, and he always made a point to introduce me to his foremen and his crew.... very nice treatment for a single female where typically contractors hate to talk to us - I think we scare them! Highly recommend to anyone needing ice dam treatment, new roofing, etc

They did not charge me anything for that service. There have been no further leaks; so they did a great job.

They arrived just 2 days after I contacted them, came when they said they would and worked quickly. They even plowed the snow off the driveway where it fell from them clearing the roof. I would use them again.

Excellent. A D Roofing did quality work, on time, and on budget. It took a few days to install the paper, backing, shingles, and gutters. They were one of the few contractors I had that was willing to work over a weekend--even though we got snow that week. I have since recommended them to several friends who have also been very satisifed with their work.

It took some time for roofers to get back to me regarding energy-star shingles but Aaron was the first to call me back and assure me that he could get the materials. His price was also the best of the quotes I received. He also provided me with information about the shingles vis-a-vis their Consumer Reports rating to assure me that he was using good materials. In all, I felt pretty confident hiring him. He had told me that he was scheduling work 2-3 weeks out. Once I sent a deposit, he would not give me a specific date but now I understand this is the nature of the business due to weather issues. But he called me a few days before they came to let me know they would be there. (just under 2 weeks from the date of my deposit). His crew was amazing. They arrived at the crack of dawn to cover the bushes and windows and went straight to work. They were like worker-ants all over the roof and had it all completed by around 1 pm. They cleaned up extremely well and left only a beautiful new roof. I'm not sure what he feeds his crew to get them to work that hard but they were hard at it from start to finish.

My experience was very good. I was pleased that I didn't have to be there when the work was done. He was punctual, thorough, and followed through with everything that we spoke about.

I was completely happy with their service. They responded to our call promptly, gave us a fair price, and did the work over the course of a day with a large staff that left the house and yard completely clean. I have already recommended them to others. Thanks!

Aaron Dwyer responded immediately to my request for an estimate, scheduling an appointment for the next day. He arrived at precisely the agreed time and emailed a proposed contract within days. After the contract was signed, a start date for the next Monday was agreed on. The crew showed up promptly each day, worked straight through, and cleaned up all debris before leaving the site. The only delay was unavoidable and minor, caused by rain. Aaron kept me informed of progress throughout. The work was performed timely, efficiently and under budget. Excellent, start to finish. I'd recommend AD Roofing to anyone.

It turns out that they do not work on cedar shake roofs, but I appreciate that Aaron got back to me at all (unlike some other companies) and in a timely fashion regarding this.

Went very well. Prompt, completed very quickly. Tidy clean-up. Friendly workers. Several neighbors commented on how quickly and efficiently it went - it's like an army of roofers shows up and very rapidly - new roof.

When we got home from work in the evening we found that we had water coming into our sun room from what I thought might be an ice dam. We contacted 3 companies found on Angie's List and AD was the first to respond (all companies called responded within 2 hours). AD's people were at our home by 8AM the next morning; it was an ice dam problem. It took them about 3 hours to remove the dam and fix the problem. I was very impressed because it was about 10 deg F but they worked until the problem was solved.

Aaron, the owner of the company, was extremely quick to respond to my urgent e-mail and phone message stating I had ice-dams and water coming into the house. Within 3 hours he and 2 of his foreman were at my house and up on my roof taking care of the problem. He checked my attic himself to see the extent of the damage, which actually wasn't as bad as I feared. He recommended that I look at getting a new roof within the next 2 years and offered to bid. I had already known that I was going to need a new roof and have gotten a few bids. Aaron's bid, which included insulation and gutter work is one of the most competitive that I've gotten so far. He was great to work with and explained everything so that a laymen could understand it. His guys climbing all over the roof and shoveling off a winter's worth of snow were pretty impressive as well! I would definitely recommend his company. They were very fair, very professional and extremely prompt, which is imperative when you have water streaming in your house in Wisconsin in February!

We built a house three years ago and after about two years we noticed a small stain that started to appear on two corners of one of the skylight chutes. We had a home repair "expert" come over and he went into the attic and found no leaks. We painted over the stain but about a year later we noticed the stain appearing again. We called AD Roofing and they came out the next day, looked at the stain and told us they would seal around the skylights because water was leaking around the edges of the skylight. They said they would come back in spring when the snow had melted but that we should call them if it gets worse. The cost would be less in the spring too. However, two days after they were at our house the weather forecasters predicted heavy rains so I called AD up and asked if they could come out before the rain started, which was predicted to be the evening of the next day. Aaron, the owner, said they would fit us in. They came the next day and sealed around all of the skylights before it started to rain! Great job guys!

It was great working with them! We're actually looking to hire them to work on our own roof. The price may seem high, but this was a specialty project on a large roof. The price was actually quite comparable.
