We were extremely impressed with Aaron Dwyer, the owner, who showed up for the estimate two days after Susan called him and right on time. He carefully explained the process, left brochures on both his company and the asphalt shingles he uses. He sent us the estimate just a few days later. He was friendly and courteous. His was not the lowest estimate we received, but was only a few hundred higher than the lowest. We selected him based on his professional demeanor and his Angie's List rating. He came to the home with shingle samples and after looking at the base price ones, we decided we wanted something with more texture. We are extremely happy that we spent the extra $2500 to get the upgrade. He said his men would start on Monday, November 26th, and they were there right on time. The job took three days and each evening the area was completely cleaned up. He doesn't use a dumpster. Instead he hauls away all trash at the end of the work day. In the midst of all this, Susan was diagnosed with cancer and had to be in the hospital the entire week the construction was going on. Bruce was working, so we essentially were not on site for any of the construction. That took a great leap of faith that everything would be done properly and professionally. We are happy to report that AD Roofing not only did the job to a top level, but also showed great concern for Susan and checked regularly on her progress following surgery. The skylights are beautiful. The ones in the back playroom bring in so much light and one opens and has a screen, so we can get even more cross-ventilation. When they went to install the skylight in the master bathroom they encountered a problem with pipes, but they were able to move it over a foot and install it without further problems. They do not finish off the dry wall and painting on the interior after installing the skylights, so anyone choosing this option needs to budget for a handyman to do that work. It was just a few hundred dollars more for us. Two days after the work was completed we had a torrential rainfall which was an excellent test for the new roof. It worked great. We have also had around a foot of snow on the roof. What I really appreciated is that many years ago we had installed small troughs on the roof over the patio doors and the front door. Water used to shoot straight down which was very inconvenient for anyone coming to our door during rain. The troughs diverted the water to the gutters to the side of the doors. AD Roofing saved those troughs and reinstalled them, which was very thoughtful. We also asked them to remove the old satellite dish and TV antenna when we accepted the estimate, but we never had a chance to remind them. No worries - they had it all handled and removed those items completely. There is some residual "grit" that falls off the new shingles, so we have had to sweep that up twice in the months since the installation, but it has not been overwhelming. We are so delighted to have a well-installed, beautiful, and functional roof. Our neighbors have commented favorably on how professional the workers were and how fantastic the new roof looks. I received a prompt call back to come out and they provided a quick quote. After discussing some of the details, we agreed to go forward with the project. They had to order the skylight windows but they performed the work within a few weeks after giving them the project. They showed up on time and performed the job within about 2-3 hours. They cleaned up all debris afterwards. I also needed some drywall repair, which A&D was able to provide. The project looked good afterward. The only thing that I was not totally satisfied with was some of the reused shingles were damaged. Although the shingles are older, they caulked them to provide a good seal. We had a heavy rain fall the next week and there were no problems.

I called Aaron, described my problem, rainwater leak through a small section of drywall in my living room. I just purchased my home 2 months earlier so this was a surprise especially after a thorough home inspection. Aaron had Jon come to my home to inspect my roof, he was due to arrive between 7:30-7:45am and actually arrived at 7:25am which was great because I was able to get to work on time. Aaron provided a written recommendation and cost estimate of the work that needed to be done. Jon was out a week later and the job was completed while I was at work, there was another employee with Jon. It was hard to tell that anyone was there because they both cleaned up so well. The repair looks great and no further leaking. I found AD Roofing on Angie's List several years ago and had Aaron complete a small roofing job on another home. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed and highly recommend this company.

There were some adjustments to the plan along the way and AD Roofing performed the change of scope for a very reasonable price. The crew was very diligent and worked well together. It was evident that they knew what they were doing and had done it before. The roof was large, about 30 squares, and they had enough manpower to tear it off and get it covered quickly which was a comfort to me. I believe the peak crew tearing off one morning was 10-12, so they can bring it! Clean up was very good but I did pick up a nail in my lawnmower tire. AD Roofing covered the repair of the tire.

Overall the job went very well. The estimate was not the cheapest we received but also not the highest. They came so highly recommended by a neighbor that we went with them. Their plan was very detailed and made us feel that the job would be done right. They were on time and worked the full day as they estimated. I needed to know how long they would be so I could keep 2 young children and a dog out of the house - roof work is so loud! They called me when they were done and did a pretty good clean-up. I noticed after they left that the backyard had some debris. To their credit, they returned the next day and did a thorough clean-up. Further, a few weeks later we have a very heavy rain and some leaking where they had added chimney flashing. They came back and worked further on the area (at no charge) and so far so good.

We were glad to have this repaired before winter. They were courteous and neat. They removed all damaged roofing debris. We would recommend them for any roof repair.

This project on my home went extremely well. We are absolutely thrilled with the work performed by AD Roofing. Aaron Dwyer and his estimator provided an exceptionally detailed report on the proposed project and were very responsive to my questions. The workers were hard working, courteous and careful with the installation of the materials. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done and the roof looks great. I was very impressed the the safety precautions they took during the installation of the roof. We had a different company put a roof on my house 20 years ago and we were very disappointed and frustrated with the workmanship and appearance. My wife's sister and her husband had a roof put on their home two years ago and had such a bad experience that they had to take the contractor to court to get the many problems rectified. Our next door neighbor had a different company put a new roof on their house two weeks after ours and the comparison was between the two jobs made us even happier that we choose AD Roofing. We chose AD Roofing and three other highly recommended companies on Angie's List to get bids on the project. I am sure they all were good but we based our choice on overall perceived professionalism. Our decision was not based upon price alone and we are glad we made the choice we did.

Very responsive company. Provided a detailed estimate and promptly provided a revised estimate when we asked to add the skylight on. Work crew showed up on time and the job was completed in two days, work was done between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. both days. The final price was less than the estimate, a nice surprise. They did a good job and we'd definitely recommend them.

He is very good. I had a lot of people try and fix the roof and they couldn’t do it, and he did it at a price much less and fixed that little tiny roof over the window that leaks. He apparently didn’t think about it, but he took a day and did it. They are the best. It was beautiful job, and it was well done right on time and it was cleaned up.

They showed up early, actually, and finished both the garage and house in one day (good weather probably helped). We had a problem with the power vent blowing a circuit and they came back the next morning and fixed the problem. Their work is beautiful and the crew was very professional. The owner is very responsive, calling to check with me and the crew on how things were going. The job foreman listened and was very good about the things I wanted done or not done and when they left you would never know, except for the beautiful new roof, that they were ever here. And the crew wasn't h****** the eyes either...if you want to watch your new roof go on I mean. I highly recommend them.

Roof was repaired and new downspout was installed. However, there was a quality issue with its attachment, which was resolved promptly and with personal involvement of the owner.

This company is awesome from start to finish. They got us our thorough, detailed, estimate within a couple of days of initial contact. When we contacted them that we were using their company the work was scheduled within days. It was a smaller job for them, but was done quickly and cleanly with excellant workmanship. All old roofing materials were picked up and hauled away to be recycled. When the job was finished all gutters were cleaned, the entire area around the garage was swept and picked up and even the inside of the garage was swept. I would very highly recommend this company and if we ever need new roofing again, will certainly call them for the job without even considering anyone else.

I bought this building on 12/30/11 and it really needed a new roof as the old one was way past end of life. With the unusually warm winter we had Aaron Dwyer and his crew came out in under 1 week and quoted and completed the job. This was a small installation but a tough one because it was a mid century duplex, so 2 stories high on a very tight lot line. Aaron's crew was extremely respectful of not only my property but my neighbors as well. To take advantage of the warm weather Aaron had an extra large crew at my building and they completed all the work in 1 day!!!!! The quality of his crew's work was top notch, the way they cleaned up was top notch and the price was an unbelievable value for the work that was completed. This is the sixth home I have owned and fixed up in my life time and I can really see how I over paid in the past. The materials that Aaron used were the top of the line and yet the price was much less than what I have paid in the past. Roofing projects can be scary because they are so important. If you need a new roof call AD Roofing because Aaron will take care of your home like he was putting a roof on his own family's home.

OK. An error was made, but they came back promptly and corrected it. The leak has not recurred.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND DO A GREAT JOB I SIGN A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THE RATE PER SNOWFALL, THE TIME I NEED IT DONE AND WHEN THEY SHOULD COME, IE THE DEPTH OF SNOW BEFORE THEY PLOW.

very prompt pleasant fellows saved my roof in the winter and at a great price return and looking at roof gutters soffits heat wires and patching 2 areas , kept in touch nicely by email deciding work to be done. when they found time to get back in Fall did the work quickly and were even able to add on a last second gutter job I asked for same day.

Mr. Dyer was very helpful with educating us to the differences in shingles and our needs. Polite and quiet crew. (as much as you can be tearing off a roof) Clean up of the yard was ongoing as the work progressed and very thorough. First class service after the job, with downspout diversion changes.

After receiving multiple bids, we close to use AD Roofing. We were very pleased with the job they did. They removed the old roof and replaced it with a new roof. They matched the color of the garage roof to the house, even though the shingles on the house were not available any more. They cleaned up the debris daily, leaving no nails! We were very pleased and would recommend/use them again.
