There were some problems in getting the correct skylight replacement. AD had the correct one drop shipped overnight and sent one of their people to IL to pick it up. There was a very minimal installation installation delay. I was very impressed with their efforts to solve the situation quickly and efficiently. I am also impressed with their personal and the work they did. I would strongly suggest that anyone in the area get their first quote from AD Roofing

Aaron has worked with our condo association for over a year. He personally inspected the roofs of the four buildings and provided estimates for both a tear-off and roof-over approaches, met with the board to discuss project details, researched warranty options, and was extremely patient and cooperative as we budgeted for the multi-year project. His crew redid the first roof during a week of very hot weather. They were punctual, professional and very efficient. They missed one corner mitre on the gutters and returned the next day, with profuse apologies, to correct it. His crew also secured the vents and pipes of the remaining roofs and inspected the attics at no charge. We will definitely have AD Roofing do the remaining three buildings in the coming years.

Aaron was very prompt when coming out to give me an estimate and got the written estimate to me in a timely manner. Due to all the rain we had early this summer he was a little back logged so we waited about three weeks for the job to be completed. He was upfront with us about his timeline and we agreed to be patient. He is very professional and responds very quickly via email. We will certainly keep Aaron in mind for future roofing jobs.

They came out to inspect my bathroom ceiling on May 31, where it appeared I had a roof leak. I was told I did and they would send me an estimate. The estimate came by email one week later. It was for $550-$700. They were very busy and the weather was bad so they couldn't make it until July 15th. They finished the job in less than a working day. They were quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost came to below estimate at $520.00 . I've had no problems with them and am very satisfied. I will be calling on them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very smooth- crew was very respectful and cleaned up all materials.

This is not the first time we've hired AD Roofing, and it won't be the last. I have recommended Aaron and his company to several friends. He is a nice, down to earth, HONEST guy, and his associate who came out is friendly, and knowledgeable. We had water in our living room where the ceiling and wall meet. The were prompt to return my call and came the next day - took a ladder and went into our cramped (low pitch roof) attic, and found the area where the trouble was. He then showed me what was happening, and proceeded to patch up that day as some rain was expected. He did promise to return when it was dry for him to install the proper sealant, and suggested vents be added. He also did a small repair to the gutter in the back when I pointed out a concern I had. Finally, he returned to install the vents. The work was done quickly, the leak has not recurred, the attic is better ventilated, and it was all done for a very reasonable cost. If you're on the fence, know that Aaron and his team are one of the good ones out there - and hire them!

We got an estimate early in the spring after there was a thaw and we had a water spot on our bathroom ceiling. After a different roofer basically recommended a tear off and re-shingle of a whole section of roof, the gentleman from AD actually went up into the attic (the first guy didn't do this) and said there was no reason for tearing off a large section. He was fairly confident that it was a simple fix of one small area around the bathroom vent. The only reason for my "B" grade is that it took over a month, probably more like 6 weeks from the time we stated we wanted to proceed, to get the work completed. I did rain a lot during that time which probably factored in, but we thought they forgot about us being that it was a pretty small job. But I would use them again as they seem to do nice work and do it with integrity.

They were quick in responding as far as getting a guy over. The guy was very quiet, but friendly. He was crazy, but he jumps on top of a 2 1/2 story roof and walks up there.

AD Roofing did a wonderful job! They installed Verlux Skylights, which are top of the line. That were professional, courteous and friendly. They were prompt for the appointment and always responded to my phone calls quickly. Everything that they did was top notch.

We got a quote toward the end of winter to replace our skylight and inspect a leak in our roof. They were prompt to respond and give us a free estimate to replace the skylight and caulk the chimney. Aaron was very prompt in responding to additional question we had about the estimate. We were happy with the price and also the warranty. He contacted us to set up an appointment once the weather permitted the installation. They arrived on time, installed the skylight, caulked the chimney and also caulked the exhaust fan. They were courteous and professional. We would definitely use them again for an future roofing or skylight needs.

We have a 4 year old home and it was found a year after we moved in that there was a leak when there is a build up of snow in a low pitch area of the roof. We had the roof repaired by another company 2 years ago, but this spring it leaked again. The original "repair" did not repair anything. The other company did not stand by their work and were going to charge us about 4 times what AD Roofing charged us for the same work. Another roofer also came out for a quote and never even went up on the roof to look at the area. AD Roofing came out when they said they would, looked the roof and knew immediately what the problem was. A couple of days later we received the quote and decided to go with them. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do. There was a delay in getting the job done due to the rainy weather this spring, which is obviously out of their control. They came when they said they would come and the job was done efficiently and they cleaned up everything when they were done. The bill came in on the low end of their quote as well. I would definately go with them again for any future roofing needs.

They had originally come in the middle of the winter and given us an estimate but told us they wouldn't be able to do the repairs until spring. It took a couple of phone calls to get them to come out but I know they were busy from the winter. When they came they were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was just as estimated. Overall they did an excellent job!

They were fabulous. I needed to have work completed before painters came and they were able to accommodate us. They were here no later that 7:45am. Appreciated when Aaron called when they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to move up our start date! The only hiccup was the weather which halted the work for 1/2 a day, but they were right back at it on Monday. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good stuff about them. They were really great. From start to finish these roofers were responsible, responsive, and came up with ingenious solutions to significant roof problems. Aaron communicated throughout the project, keeping me posted about progress, problems, and proposed solutions. We knew going in that there were likely to be difficulties once the roof was opened up. That proved to be true, and Aaron was very conscientious about informing me of the problem, the proposed solution, and what the potential additional costs might run. The roof did wind up costing about $5000 more than his original estimate, however, it was still almost $20000 less than a competitior's initial bid. Additionally, Aaron did extend an Angie's List benefit. One specific example of how his workers really were willing to go the extra mile is that the roof rot had extended into the dining room ceiling and the beams that were needed to go in the dining room ceiling were not available at the local hardware store or at home depot. One of the roofers went to a lumberyard in Germantown to find matching wood. The crew in general was polite, they cleaned up everything at the end of each day, and they stayed wonderfully good tempered throughout all of the unexpected surprises the roof provided. This was a terrific company to work with.

They were very thorough - they explained everything. Somebody came out to do the measurements and things and then several days later we got the estimate.

They caulked a couple of things and nailed some things down. They still send me Christmas cards. They seem like good to people to work with and I will probably use them if I need a roof at some point. They came the day after I called and they were here on time.

This was a minor repair for a small area of wind damage on our roof. AD roofing returned my call quickly, their worker arrived on schedule, gave me an estimate and made the repairs immediately. We were very satisfied!

First rate. I found AD Roofing on Angies' List, made inquiry, got a quotation, contracted the work. Follow up was excellent. I will not bother to shop for roofers in the future. I will call AD Roofing.

My kitchen ceiling had wet spots and some water damage. I called AD Roofing. Paul came out and looked over the area inside and out. He took pictures of our flat rubber roof. The next day, the owner Aaron called with a quote and what needed to be done. Within a few days AD Roofing came back and installed a

Overall a great experience, after agreeing on the contract, Aaron called me to set a date, and asked if I would be okay if he were to double the crew, and come out and complete the project in one day, as opposed to the agreed upon two. After I agreed, and we set a date, his crew arrived early the next morning, and began the process of covering the windows, and getting everything in place. They did not start the actual pounding until after 8am, which was considerate of the neighbors. I was home the entire day, in case I was needed for anything, but other than the initial discussion of what the plan was for the day, I had very little interaction with them. They did a complete tear off of 3 layers, and removed all debris via truck instead of dumpster, they added an ice dam on all gutter edges and around the chimneys, and replaced all the flashing. They also installed a ridge vent They were done by about 5pm that day, with one member of the crew staying to receive payment. When reviewing the invoice I noticed that the Angie's list coupon was not included, I called Aaron and he came back out with a revised invoice, and returned my original check, and I paid on the new amount. After Direct TV came out to place the dish in a different place than where the AD crew put it (they lined up the original holes, but the signal was not as strong as it should have been), one of the AD crew came out and patched the spot where the dish was originally placed. The house is a single story ranch about 1400 sq feet, plus a 21/2 car attached garage, I do not know the total count on the number of shingles used, but that should give you an idea of the size of the house.

We replaced our sunroom with a four-season room and had to have the roofing and gutter work done in stages. AD Roofing was more than accommodating and we are happy with the outcome.

I noticed that I had a leak from the celing over my kitchen window. I called and within 1 day they were out to investigate and determined that the flashing was coming up on the roof, causing the leak. I received a quote which was very fair, and I scheduled the work. Within a week it was fixed and no longer leaking. All the individuals I spoke to or met were very professional, on time and completed everything quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them for anything related to my roof.

They did a great job late in the year before we started seeing snow. They also re-flashed our chimney which looks really good and installed a roof vent for me to attach to the bathroom. Quick install and cleanup. Friendly to work with and happy with our roof. I would definitely recommend.

Aaron's crew was at my house early on January 2nd and had the job done that same day. They were happy to answer my questions and left the work site clean of any debris. i don't really know much about roofing but the new shingles match the old and the area looks good in general. It has not snowed and there has not been any ice build up since the job was done so I really don't know at this point if the problem is solved. Crossing my fingers.
