Showed up on time, did a good job, tore off all old material and disposed of in dump truck with very minimal mess on property, the crew was nice and answered all questions I had. I was very surprised that the whole job only took 3 days even though it was only 20 degrees outside. AD Roofing did a great job and I will use them in the future.

We had about 6-8 inches of snow on our roof and a very thick ice dam in the gutter, which caused a water leak inside the kitchen window. I found AD Roofing on Angie's list and called. Aaron returned our call promptly and they came the next day, shoveled the snow off the back of the house and spread an ice melting chemical on the ice dam in the gutter. Immediate problem solved and we are very grateful. We appreciated the prompt response and it was worth every penny not to have water running down inside the window. Would definitely use them again.

They did the work when the temperature was in minus. They were very nice. They encountered extra work that they had to do. They were responsive. I have not seen their work yet because it was snow covered. Their price was right.

We had some major water leaks on one side of our house due to ice dams. I called AD and Aaron called me back within a few hours. He sent a crew to our house the same day and the leaks and dams were resolved within 24 hours.

They kept to their schedule, in spite of terribly hot weather. They diligently cleaned up at the end of each day. My only complaint was their use of off color language which stopped as soon as I asked them to.

They returned my initial call within 4 hours and sent their crew later that very day. The work was done well. They made notes and took pictures so that in the spring we can discuss a permanent solution to the problem -- ice damming and a potential roof leak.

AD provided lots of information during the bidding process. They were extremely helpful when it came to choosing materials by providing a list of houses with the shingle color they had chosen so that I could see what a complete roof's worth of a color would look like. While the total cost was high, it was lower than some others I received and given the height of the house, closeness of the neighbors' houses, and complexity of the roof (several gables), i believe it was reasonable. The crew arrived punctually and kept the yard very neat while they worked. We didn't find any stray nails in the driveway or street. Through uninteresting circumstances which were mostly my fault, we weren't able to schedule the work until late November, which is pretty risky in Wisconsin. The team worked hard through cold weather and more wood replacement than anticipated to get the work done before winter turned truly nasty. They accidentally broke a window, but replaced the glass promptly. The roof looks good and I am confident that the work is solid. AD Roofing were a pleasure to work with!

Tear off and re shingle roof |Crew was great but had 2 work trucks in driveway which leaked oil. A lot of oil. They came back w power washer to try to clean but it didn't quite work. Was quite disappointed that they failed to compensate in any way.

there was more decking replacement than I expected but they handled it some soffet and fascia was rotted and needed replacement and I had to stay on top of that and painting it later was a scary hassle; I would've liked to have handled that more proactively some scratches on new (lower) gutters is annoying Jessie the crew chief was very friendly, professional, helpful and responsive overall, it was a large job and I was glad I selected them and will recommend them

A number of bids were entertained and when completed, we feel the right company was selected - AD Roofing. They gave clear definition of product to be used with a list of properties to view. They had plenty of selection in our area that allowed us to make a confident decision in the color and pattern. When the work commenced in the time frame that was acceptable for us, we found the work to be fast, clean and thorough. We were pleased with the initial results. When we raised a question about one area that we felt did not meet our expectations they worked diligently to be sure that we were satisfied. A few visits took care of it and the final work completed. We have additional expectation that if we should have any further concerns even after the job is completed that they will be ready and willing to help us with it. We highly recommend AD Roofing LLC!

AD Roofing was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. The estimate that was provided of time and materials I found to be reasonable. AD totally understood my concern to have the water leakage stopped before the temperature dropped below freezing which could cause additional damage to the roof. The work was done soon after my acceptance of the estimate. With rain since, the sunroom is no longer leaking. Great job, well done !

They repaired and re-enforced an ice shield on my roof, also installed 6 soffit vents. The price they charged was significantly less than the 2 other companies I obtained bids from. Aaron was professional and very prompt in responding to questions I had before during and after completion of the job.

Called this contractor from Angie's List because we had a small leak in our roof that was causing water to drip into a closet. The contractor returned my call promptly and came to my house the next day. Found a shingle that was improperly stapled when roof was replaced 14 years ago by a different contractor. Staple rusted and left small hole in roof board causing the leak. Shingle was replaced and sealed immediately. Work was done quickly and professionally.

IT IS HARD TO ASSESS THE QUALITY OF WORK ON A ROOF REPAIR BECAUSE ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW WELL IT WENT. BUT WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WHERE THEY COMPANY WAS FLEXIBLE TO INSTALL ROTTEN WOOD ON OUR CHIMNEY WHEN THE FLASHING WAS REPLACED. WE BOUGHT AND PAINTED THE WOOD AND AD ROOFING REPLACED IT. THE WORK PERFORMED INCLUDED FLASHING REPLACEMENT AND WATER SEALING AT THE CHIMNEY AS WELL AS REPLACEMENT OF SHINGLES AND WATER PROOFING BY THE SKYLIGHT. THE HOUSE WE HAVE IS THREE STORIES HIGH AND NOT EASY TO ACCESS THE ROOF. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE INTERACTION AND WORK OF THIS COMPANY.

There were some problems in getting the correct skylight replacement. AD had the correct one drop shipped overnight and sent one of their people to IL to pick it up. There was a very minimal installation installation delay. I was very impressed with their efforts to solve the situation quickly and efficiently. I am also impressed with their personal and the work they did. I would strongly suggest that anyone in the area get their first quote from AD Roofing
