The primary work crew of Tony, Zeke, and Anthony that was lead by Patrick always showed up early and were ready to work. They paid attention to details and worked in a professional manner. Toward the end of the project more workers, of the same ilk, were assigned to the project since old insulation removing took longer than expected to avoid mishaps in the attic and since it had to be bagged before being removed from the attic. Early indications show that the increased insulation is paying off since the upper unit furnace doesn't come on during the night even on the recent 32 degree night. We set the thermostat to 72 degrees to insure the house is warm at bedtime and set it back to 68 degrees and it takes about 6 - 7 hours before the temperature drops to the level where the furnace starts up. .We asked several companies for bids on repairing missing shingles. This one was prompt and professional in replying to our request for an estimate. It was a tough choice based on price and availability to do the repairs. We chose another company, but would consider this one again if we need repairs in the future.

We had been observing roofing companies for several months and chose AD Roofing because of their small crews and great team work.Everything went exceptionally well.The crew worked slow and accurately through the entire week.The clean up crew was so immaculate. They never left without the entire yard in perfect condition.We were so comfortable with the job because they answered every question and addressed every concern.The crew leader was outstanding.He and his crew paid attention to every detail.. An example would be that when the project was finished they went through all the gutters with a little broom and shovel to remove all the grit and dirt.We really appreciated the fact that there was no dumpster in our yard.They used their own truck to remove all debris to a licensed recycling site each evening.Clearly,we made a correct decision to use AD Roofing.

Can't say enough about the crew sent to do our work. Fairly large job for a house. Workers were pleasant to talk with and showed fair amount of initiative and interest in doing the work well. Brent, the foreman, kept us informed as to what happening and also very pleasant. Good job guys!!!! PS - It has rained and no leaks!!! Cleanup was excellent - ON A DAILY BASIS. Very much liked not having a lugger in driveway for a week. They hauled debris away each day. Excellent, excellent job. 'Nuff said. As to cost, I'll just say in my estimation was very reasonable.

It went really well. The guys that came out were nice and friendly. They were able to get the job done sooner than expected. No mess was left behind and after several storms the leak is gone. AD Roofing is the real deal.

I called AD Roofing to come out and look at one of the flashings on my roof because I had a small leak. They promptly came out and looked at it, and sent me an estimate. The work was done well for a reasonable price. I haven't had any issues with my roof leaking since. I will definitely contact them again for future work.

.The AD roofing crew did a great job. They do not use dumpsters that block your yard or driveway. Instead they haul away debris on a daily basis. I was worried about my plants being damaged but they did a good job of protecting them while removing the old shingle layer. The job took 3 days. They started promptly each day and had the area they were exposing to be shingled sealed off each night in case there would be a change in weather conditions. They cleaned up extremely well each night before leaving the property. I was very pleased. What was really surprising to me was they reinstalled my DirecTV antenna after removing it to shingle that area and I got a useable signal for most of my channels. The weather cooperated during the install and there was no rain for the 3 days they were doing the job. It started raining just as the trucks were leaving on the 3rd day after finishing the job. Only frustrating thing was that the job was subject to the weather and we had a very rainy June so it was hard to get the job scheduled. Fortunately it worked out after the 4th of July and there was a 3 day stretch of sunshine. I would highly recommend this company. I especially liked the ease of communicating with them via email to get answers to questions I had.

The whole reproofing process took 4 days with a big crew. They cleaned up after very day's work and left the roof weather tight . All the workers were pleasant and and answered questions as they came up. Like a good haircut it looks neat, groomed and well done.

Excellent. They were on the jobsite when they said they would be; their work was very good and complete; they only did what they needed to do and used good judgment in their assessment of damage; the pricing was exactly what they estimated; the time to complete the job was very acceptable; and they cleaned up the debris completely when finished.

Selecting AD Roofing to replace our roof could have been even easier. Had we gone with our instinct, we would not have bothered to get additional, sometimes time-consuming, estimates from other qualified roofing contractors. We had hired AD Roofing for a very minor repair on the roof at our former house. He and his team members were extremely courteous and thorough even on that minor repair, returning back to the job when we had a comment about wanting it checked again. That said, when we decided we needed to replace the roof on our third home, we naturally were thinking of Aaron Dwyer. Because of the scope and expense of the project, we felt it was necessary to get several bids. In the end, all that research was unnecessary since Aaron?s price and timeliness were better than any of the others we consulted. The results are fantastic, too. Aaron?s team got the job done in ONE day, without leaving any loose ends. They picked up every bit of debris and mess, despite having worked part of the day in the rain. When we returned mid-day, one of the crew members made a special effort to clear materials so we could easily access the doorway. Little details like that are especially appreciated when coming to the doorway with little kids in tow. Upon completion, the crew left the property just as they found it, except for adding, of course, a new roof for the house and garage made of quality material, installed professionally, complete with an improved ridge ventilation system. From our perspective, you won?t find a better roofing contractor. Honesty, integrity, value and quality appear to come as standard service for AD Roofing. Thanks Aaron!

AD Roofing was very professional and I would definitely use them again. They provided an estimate with a range of about $300 between low and high price. I asked why the range and they advised it was dependent on what they found and how long it took, but they will ensure they only charge for what was incurred. I chose them over 4 other vendors. I asked for a date prior to a visit of some relatives the end of May (booked about a month prior). Sure enough they called and showed up around that time and did a great job. While on the roof, I asked them to look at the area around my chimney and they caulked the area. About a week later, it rained heavily and I called them back as I saw a bubble inside. They responded immediately came back out and redid the chimney area. They were friendly, prompt, professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh, I forgot, the final price was even lower than the estimate they provided. How about that? That was icing on the cake. Great company.

After a large tree fell close to my house during a storm, I contacted five roofing service companies here on Angie's List. Three of the five responded. A&D was the first to respond with a scheduled time to inspect the roof. We scheduled for few days after the storm.because they were very busy inspecting and repairing roofs after a large storm here in the area. Aaron kept in contact regarding the scheduled time. A&D arrived at a time I wasn't home. They went ahead and did the inspection and called later to tell me there was no damage to the roof. We handled scheduling all online through Angie's List links. Very convenient! Very professional company. Well run. Very responsive. Very good communication. I highly recommend.

AD Roofing was timely, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the workmanship and clean up. The entire job was completed in one day. Ten year warranty of roof, rubber membrane and workmanship. Would highly recommend this roofing service.

We were very happy with them. They did a good job, we were very impressed. They were accomodative and worked around the rainy season. They worked around the chimneys. They worked on the weekend because of the rain. The cleaned up and they were very thorough.

We have always been pleased with AD Roofing. They are prompt and courteous and affordable no matter the size of the job. When we had an older Craftsman bungalow with flat roof sections they would diagnose a leak in a rubber roof section and fix it for $75. Then they'd come back for a follow-up visit with a smile and no charge. Eventually we had our 32'x32' detached garage roof redone. Removed 3 layers of asphalt and one layer of cedar shake, then new boards and shingles for a few thousand dollars. Recently in our newer home we have had sporadic skylight leaks. At the most recent visit Aaron suggested turning down our humidifier setting (which fixed the problem) and didn't charge us anything for the visit.

I had a leak through my rubber roof, and Paul came out and looked at it. He provided what seemed to be a reasonable quote to but a rubber roofing material around the wooden posts on my railing which seemed to have not been properly flashed before. Paul and Aaron were pretty prompt in returning calls, providing a quote, and coming out and getting the work done. And he performed the job that he promised to do. However, after holding up through fall rains, the roof started to leak again in the spring! Paul came out and looked at it again, and acknowledged that the rubber flashing was ineffective, as water had seeped through, and that in fact it made matters worse, as it held water behind the water, rotting out the wood on all our railing posts. Overall, not only was the work not effective, but it caused damage to our existing railing that is going to cost me quite a bit to repair. I was particularly disappointed with Paul's reaction, which rather than trying to make it right, was nonchalant. He basically said we needed to hire a carpenter to fix it, and that AD doesn't do carpentry or have their own carpenters. We would have to hire our own carpenter, and he could work with them to do the proper flashing. I expect that the contractor should know his materials, and should have recognized that sealing rubber around painted wood will not provide an effective seal. And I would expect the contractor to accept responsibility for their work, and if it was an honest mistake, to do their best to make things right. This didn't happen for us with AD roofing. Not only did we lose money on a solution that didn't work, it ended up costing us additional money in new damage. Update: I don't understand the response below that this is the first they have heard about it, because they did come back, and see that the repair did not fix the issue, and in fact made some things worse, but trapping water around the wooden posts, causing them to rot. I recognize that this was an honest mistake on the part of the company. I just expected them to know and understood the materials a little better than they did, and to have taken a bit more responsibility for it once the repairs failed. Anyways, I see they have otherwise good reviews on Angies List, so hopefully this was a one-time mistake.

Aaron and his crew do quality work at a good price. They are on time and very knowledgeable. I have used them in the past, and plan on using them in the future. I have also recommended AD Roofing to friends, who had similar positive results.

I contacted 4 roofing companies for an estimate on roof/gutter damgage incurred after the winter. AD Roofing stood out from the rest at the first phone call. I left a message and they returned my call the same day to discuss my needs and promptly set a date for our estimate to be completed on a day and time that worked with my busy schedule. The other "hard sell" companies told me they needed my husband to be home with me before they would even schedule an initial visit, which was surprising. Aaron from AD Roofing came out to complete our estimate. He was on time and prepared. He was straight forward with his acessment and did not waste our time with trying to up sell our situation and was honest about what our expections should be. On the day of repair, Brian and his team showed up on time as promised and worked very quickly and professionaly. Even with uncooperative weather, the team continued to work on our project until completed. After the work was completed, I did ask for a secondary visit to go over some minor details that I wanted adjusted upon my own inspection. After requesting the changes, Aaron was was very quick to respond to my request and sent the crew out the very next day to address my concerns, even telling me not to worry about payment until they got the job done right in my eyes. Brian called while he was at my home to go over the changes with me and even took the time explain his observations and insure me that our concerns were heard and tended to...And they were. I was very happy with my experience and the level of customer service provided by AD Roofing. I plan on using them in the future for a couple of other projects.

I called him on a Saturday and he called me back that day. He sent someone out Sunday and also called to confirm the appointment. They cleaned all snow off roof and checked for leaks. They also put down a solution on the roof to prevent this from happening again. They were very responsive and cost effect. I will definitely use them in the future!

Technicians arrived on time. They were professional and informative. Great Company.
