I originally chose AD Roofing on their quoted price and the fact that they would truck the debris from the old roof daily and not leave a dumpster in my driveway. They scheduled the job promptly, called 2 days prior to starting to confirm the date, then went far and beyond my expectations. I did have an issue with some scuffs on my large deck, so they had 2 members of their staff spend an afternoon scrubbing my deck. They matched the gutters color to my fascia and used a different color down spout to match my cedar color giving the house a seamless look. There were many areas of the old metal fascia that were rusty from nails used for lights. They took it upon themselves to replace this fascia also. Please note, this fascia was not under the gutters they replaced so it was not something that they had to do. They also repaired a corner of my soffit that had been bent by a different contractor and had been unsightly for years. There is a dramatic difference to look of my home and it was their care and expertiece that made it possible.

We received an estimate for roof patching only. Follow up to see costs/time involved with down spouts. On day of work we were explained everything and decided to do all down spouts versus only one. Team had no issues with this being added.

They were very professional, polite, on time and they cleaned up. There were no problems the gutters look great. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very impressed with Aaron's crew. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently and very neatly day in and day out. They left the place neat and picked up at the end of each workday. I was thrilled that my tulips, just beginning to bloom as the project began, never got harmed throughout the entire process. We were allowed to study samples before choosing our material, and AD Roofing has done a lot of work in our part of town, so we were able to drive around and see how the materials we were considering actually looked up on a house. AD also tackled a problematic flat roof that sits over a three season room that has often caused us problems in heavy rains. Well, it has really poured down a number of days this past June putting their work to the test and we haven't had any problems at all which is such a huge relief. Based on our very favorable experience. we highly recommend AD Roofing.

Completed large roof in 3 days. Protected plants and did great job with the flashing and caulking.

We have a 1900sq ft Ranch home, with 2.5 car, attached garage. (I am not sure of the SQFT of the roof) Roof replacement was to fulfill a home sale contingency. The guys at AD were super responsive to our questions and concerns The work was completed in 3 days. There was little to no mess during the 3 days, (of course there were supplies and tools storage, but it was stored in a controlled manor). Now that the job has been complete, I've found no debris. Also, they warranty the house, not the owner. So the new owners of this house can have that piece of mind.

The work went well and they worked out everything with my renter on a time to complete the work. They also stuck to the budget even when there was an over run.

The work was completed in one day. All the old materials were removed. Cleanup was excellent. The workers were professional and friendly. The roof looks great.

Requested an estimate of roof tear-off for a small shed from AD along with several other roofing contractors last fall. The estimator came out right away to look at the job and several days later, I received the estimate in the mail and contract. AD was the lowest estimate so I signed the contract and returned stating that there is no urgency feel free to schedule when this job fits into your schedule or weather permits. In early March, Aaron called and said they'd be out to do the job later in week. Aaron followed up day before stating when crew would arrive. The crew arrived on schedule and completed the job promptly. They did a superb job and since it was a tear-off, cleaned up all the old shingles and took everything with them. Aaron was very nice to work with and I appreciated him keeping me informed.

As usual Aaron and his crew did what they said they would. We had them replace the gutters and downspouts on the south side of our duplex. It was completed on time and they cleaned up nicely. We have used AD Roofing for a number of jobs on our rental property and we have never been disappointed.

We had AD Roofing come out for an estimate in October 2014. Our gutters were leaking some at the seams, just enough to make it icy in winter where it overhangs the sidewalk. We also wanted to have gutter guards added since our neighbors' trees' leaves seemed to be drawn to our gutters in the fall. In addition, we wanted our two downspouts replaced since they were in need of repair. To aid with drainage, we also requested an additional downspout be added. The estimator was punctual and nice to work with. He said that it would be several weeks before they'd have availability to do the work, but it wasn't urgent, so we were fine with that. We submitted the signed contract and when my husband talked to the schedulers, we were told "late November" as the potential time frame. We called to ask on the timeline the week before Thanksgiving, and they said it would be another two to three weeks. Our only concern was that there would be snow cover and the work wouldn't be done before winter, and we really wanted the gutter repairs done before melting and the rains of spring, but the timing worked out. We had the work done in mid-December. The worker was fine, arrived by 9 am and worked until about 4 pm that day doing the job. We are pleased with how it turned out. The new downspout looks like it's always been there, and so far, the corners don't seem to be leaking.

A&D did a great job -- we had a good experience with a new house that we had re-roofed with A&D so used them again for our old house that needed to be re-roofed before we put it on the market. Aaron was very responsive and his crews completed the job with no issues.

Was not on site during installation. Finished work look ed good.

If you have a big job or small job they will come and help you. There were two men who did the work. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It took about 45 minutes. The owner is professional.

I had to leave a couple of messages before I was called back to get our repair on the schedule, but once we got in contact, I made an appointment for 10/31 to have the roof casing/housing for our upstairs bathroom vent replaced. 10/31 was very windy and rainy, and no one showed up for the appointment and no one called to let me know they wouldn't be by because of the weather. Monday, 11/3, the owner called and apologized and scheduled my service for the next day and that appointment was kept. The completed work was done very professionally and we've had no issues with it at all. I also thought their pricing was very fair and I would use them again.

We have used AD Roofing several times -- roof repair, new shingles, gutter repair and gutter cleaning. They have always done a quick, professional and neat job. We will use them for all of our roofing jobs -- highly, highly recommended!

Great. They came when they said they would come, were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The original estimate was for less downspouts and the estimate was $1,100-1,300. When I saw how great the new downspouts were I called and asked how much it would be to replace all of them. They told me they were under budget and it would probably be a couple hundred more, so I said go ahead and replace all of them. I was quite shocked when I received a bill for only $935! Very happy with the work and the price. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

A positive experience from the beginning to end. Paul Wagner was my initial contact as the lead expediter and sales; honest and informative. Aaron Dwyer was my go to person for all questions and was so helpful and patient while I waited for my refinance to go through ,extended my proposal when it took longer than I thought. Once I had all of the refi business complete, the work was scheduled to start on November 3rd. Brent, the crew manager arrived on time and he and his crew of 4 worked non stop ,with the exception of a short lunch break. It was so refreshing to see the work ethic and pride of Brent and his crew. the main roof of the house was completely torn off and water and ice shield as well as new shingles put in on the first day. All debris was removed by their dump truck;(yes,they recycle and are green, no ugly dumpster sitting here.) I had informed Brent that it may rain later in the day and he assured me that everything would be water tight before they would leave for the day. The roofs on all of my above roofs were done the next day. The crew arrived early and finished the whole job in just two days. Everything looks beautiful, and I was so impressed that they cleaned everything up. They were very polite and professional. I had checked not only Angies List, , but also the NARI site and BBB. I highly recommend them.

Everything was done on time and within the cost estimate.
