Took about 1 hour or so for him to vent the water with PVC pipes, and double check the functionality of my sump pumps. He is always very prompt and knowledgeable about my drain system issues. I used to have constant flooding in my basement and he even referred me to an excavation company to help with my tree root issue. I have complete trust in this company and will always call them for any drain/water issues.

The downstairs toilet had not been flushing well for the past few days and progressed to sewer water backup on the basement floor during high water/sewer useage times. I waited until a Monday morning and called for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and scheduled me that very morning. The sewer maintaince man, Nick, was on time and over the next hour, he augered all the tree roots out of my sewer line.

I'd call Patrick back in a heartbeat for any sort of sewer/drain problem, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
