Concrete Repair
Initially things went well. Ben's crew worked hard and everything looked great.
A couple of weeks later, we noticed there were defects in the patio, so I called Ben to ask them to come fix the defects. After about a dozen phone calls to them, with no response, I was finally able to reach them to set a time for them to come out and fix the defects. They did not show up to this appointment. After about a dozen more phone calls I finally was able to set another appointment for them to come out. Again, they did not show. Finally after posting a bad review about the company on Yelp, I was able to get a hold of Ben. He told me he didn't relly want to fix the problem because of the bad review I posted, but since there were defects in their work they would come out anyway. He never followed through. Since then I haven't been able to get ahold of them and they still have not called me back to fix their work. This has been going on for 2 years now.

All these people were just delightful, easy to work with, and on time. We have weather issues that they have to work around, but they did well with us. We got fantastic results from them!
