I have never met a more arrogant self absorbed person in my life. All he did was talk down to me and tell me how wonderful he was and how much he knew and how he could fix anything and everything. 10 days came and went with no word from him. After 14 days I contacted him and got an excuse about the part taking too long to get there, after 21 days I contacted him again and got the excuse that he needed to get some specialized soldering done and the person doing it was slow, after 28 days I contacted him again and was told it would be done in a "day or two" then after 35 days I contacted him and was told that it couldn't be fixed and he was looking for another one for us. I responded and told him that I was totally disgusted with his lack of credibility and lack of any contact on his part to keep us informed as to the status of the job. About a week later I got a message saying it was done. I go to pick up the computer and confront him about his total lack of communication and get the excuse that "my computer crashed and I lost your contact information". All I can say to that is that this was a pure BS excuse for being too lazy to bother. He goes on for 20 minutes about how much he did for us and how special he is and is so gracious that he only charges me an extra $50.00 instead of the $100.00 he said up front for the replaced computer. The replaced computer worked for exactly 10 days and now is basically a paper weight. All I can say to this is that if you want to be treated like an idiot, have stories told to you and spend a fair bit of money for nothing then this is the perfect business to use.
