Joe Pappa

Looks good.

He followed through as promised with the gutter cleaning.  Came back to repair a gutter that needed repair and took down a wasp to boot; all at a very reasonable price. I will be using Joe again for a number of projects that we have.

My house is 65 years old and although basically sound, it has had some shoddy workmanship over the years. The roof had 7 layers of cheap shingles--each one just nailed on top of the other.
Joe and his crew were professional and prompt. The roof looks great. I feel that Joe gave me an exceptionally good deal on this roof job because of all the many layers of shingles they had to remove.
He brought me a book of samples and I picked out the shingles I wanted. Joe picked them up and had them delivered to my house. He is very good at informing me of anything I need to do, such as apply for a building permit and rent a dumpster.
Joe is very respectful and goes out of his way to be kind. He never talks down to me. He is not the type of contractor who takes advantage of people and that is rare. 
When they were done with the roof, he painted my shingles and replaced my front light as a courtesy for the endorsements and recommendations I've given him.
Joe also laid down ceramic tile in my basement and linoleum in my kitchen. He replaced my back door. All of his work has been very well done and very reasonable.
