Dave was punctual in coming to give me a proposal.  He called to say the weather prevented him to come on the first day we'd set up, but came 2 days later.  The windows are spotless, and we'll definitely use him when we can have the inside windows.  He's a very pleasant man to work with.  While he was washing the windows, he noticed moisture in a window we'd recently had installed.  Dave also found a piece of our dryer vent & volunteered to bring back a replacement when he comes to do the inside windows.  He needed me to do something from the inside, and when I couldn't understand what he wanted, he took off his boots and went around with me, opening them himself, showing me what he wanted.  He told me he'd be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours, and he was done in a little over an hour.  I will definitely have him do the inside windows just as soon as

Fireman Dave's was very professional! He was able to fit us into his schedule even on short notice. He arrived right when he said he would, and he and his help did a fantastic and thorough job on our windows! We are extremely satisfied and will recommend him to everyone we know!

From returning my initial call to job completion, Fireman Dave's service was first class. Prompt, efficient and friendly. AND our windows are the clearest they have ever been - inside and out. We have only praises for David and his work. We learned of his services through our neighbor and had used him previously for just changing our screens last year. He is punctual and EXTREMELY thorough at what he does. He cleaned every both the casement windows inside and out and the storm windows inside and out. He was able to free ALL the storms on our house - previous painters and workmen have said they were permanently stuck. He also cleaned the screens we asked for and installed them as well - they are so clean they look brand new. He also did our french doors, entryway doors, the windows on our garage door, and the glass blocks in the basement(!). The windows are so clean you could eat off them. He spent about 6 hours working straight through - all for $280 bucks. We have referred him to several neighbors - they all love him (he even asks about napping children so he won't disturb their sleep while he is working). Bye the way... this is a side gig for him... he is really a fireman.
