Timeless Flooring

Can't say enough about the quality of work and overall customer service. Highly recommend Timeless.

I had to remove the existing carpeting, staples, tacks and tacking to save money (these would have been additional costs if the company performed these tasks). The owner Todd was nice and professional onsite when estimating the job. We coordinated the floor refinishing between my house closing and moving date (a two week window). I called to confirm the labor date... all set. On the first day of work, the workers where late. I called and was assured they sanders where on their way... two hours later the owner arrived but the workers weren't there yet. Once the workers showed up, they did a GREAT JOB!. The young men where pleasant and worked hard. I asked that they show up on time the next day and they did. The job took 5 days in all. The saw dust was not as bad as I'd imagined but the smell from the shallack was bad. When the job was done they left a huge pile of wood scrap and other debris on my front porch. I called Todd and he said they were not responsible for an refuse/trash... it was in the contract. I mentioned that I'd taught my children to clean up after themselves and to get right over and remove the debis... he did in a timely manner.
The workmanship was excellent! The only serious complaint I have is that he never mentioned that THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS. This would have changed my selection of this vendor. I wasn't prepared to pay all at once.
