It took over a year to do what they had to do. I recommend them for remediation. But I would never recommend them for remodeling, ever. I would give them 'C' for remediation and 'F' for remodeling. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. It cost us more money than it should have. It was devastating. I wasn't able to use my kitchen for over a year and a half. It was just so bad. They installed the wrong cabinets. They tried to fix it. They brought somebody else in.

Pros: Responsive, punctual, and service quality was up to par
Cons: Gave us a verbal quote of $1,500 for 3-5 days of fans and dehumidifiers blowing in our basement. After 2.5 days worth of service, told us that walls weren't drying and we'd need to cut out drywall and insulation. When asked how much all that would cost, they said $6,500. When I then asked for a bill-to-date, which covered the original service they said they'd do, I was told 3,500. That's more than 2x their verbal quote for the exact same service they said they would provide. I was outraged and ordered they off the property immediately. They complied. They wouldn't budge on reducing our bill, though.
Takeaway: I feel they took advantage of us in a bad situation. I subsequently asked other water remediation companies for an estimate based on the situation we were in all came in at $2,500. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you have no other option.

I went with ServePro this year because they were more economical than Dura Clean. They cleaned about 5 rooms. They only moved furniture for the bedroom, everywhere else they cleaned around the furniture. They were able to get the stains out. They had a mechanical breakdown with their machinery so they took a little long.
