Personal Statement

Needed a general house cleaning for our vacation home. It had been at least six months since the last cleaning. They came up with short notice, with three workers, and bustled around and did an excellent job. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the excellent cleaning job they did.

My family owns a vacation home in Lake Geneva. After each visit to the home, we have the entire house cleaned, including washing and changing the bedding and linens. I reached out to Personal Statement when my existing cleaning service abruptly went out of business. Time was of the essence as we had guests using our home a couple weeks later and needed it fully cleaned beforehand. From the initial contact, Sabrina offered timely, detailed, and friendly responses. She even made a visit to the home that same day to scope out the work and furnish a price quote. The cleaning itself was exceptional. No detail was overlooked and the home showed like a 5-star hotel. Beds were meticulously made up, towels intricately folded in each guest bathroom, and the carpets were vacuumed in perfectly straight lines. I plan on using Personal Statement as our regular cleaning service moving forward. They charge a fair price and are very accommodating with scheduling.

I have used them many times and will continue to use them. I don't have a regular schedule but they have always been very accommodating and try to fit me on the their schedule, which has worked for me. I like that they use natural products for cleaning.

We were extremely pleased with everything about Personal Statement. We called the company on Friday after our previous service kept canceling and they were able to schedule us Monday morning!. They went into every nook and cranny of our household with a crew of two and provided their own cleaning products. Our home was immaculately clean!!!
We were so pleased we scheduled them bi-weekly from now on... We also found the reason for a woodwork smell and they are coming back with a super crew to alleviate this problem for us.

They did everything that they promised and went over and above what they promised. They not only provide the service, but also help me to link with other people to provide other services. This service is unbelievable and they even vacuumed my curtains. They didn't throw away anything, they cleaned it and then put it on the side even if it was a piece of paper. They're here in an instance and I don't know what I'd do without them. We are discussing some other services and they're not even charging any additional fees for a lot of these services.

I can't say enough about how good a job Personal Statement did in cleaning our home. They were extremely careful and very meticulous in each and every room that they worked in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted their home to be spotless!

By the time they had finished the days deep cleaning, there wasn’t a spot in my home that these cleaners hadn't touched! They were extremely thorough. Treating everything in my home as though it was their own. They cleaned everything imaginable. I could have sworn that they even cleaned pieces of paperwork I had laying around.
No sooner had they arrived, they were in there with all their equipment, ladders and cleaning products. They worked almost non-stop until the job was done. My house was so clean by the time they left (almost 9 hours late) that I began to chase down any crumb that fell. As they were packing up to leave, we laughed because even my 2 dogs seemed to notice the big difference (first sniff around then they both went to lie down in their spots where they both stayed for the rest of the night).
Being disabled, just about everything is difficult for me to accomplish and I was embarrassed by the state of my home. And I was in a situation where my house cleaning really got away from me. But the Personal Statement people made me feel more comfortable knowing that my cleaning problems were going to properly dealt with. I am also on a fixed income and they did their best to help me keep cost within my budget. They were also helpful in getting me in contact with other services that I might need. Without a doubt I will be using this service on an ongoing basis. They were truly an answer to my prayers!

It went very well. They did a very thorough job. I just wish it was less than $25 per hour. I would have them more often.

OUTSTANDING! They went way above my expectations. Very proffesional, puntual and friendly. My house has never been so clean. I didn't think I could get the quality cleaning I received. Everything sparkled and smelled terrific! My stainless steel refrigerator hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. I've tried every kind of cleaner I could find to remove the fingerprints left by my 6 year old. I was amazed! No more fingerprints! The bathrooms sparkled! The furniture shined! The floors were shiny! I wasn't sure I would like having strangers in my house cleaning, but I was so wrong! I have them come biweekly and could not be happier. It would take me so long to clean, because I HATE cleaning. Now I have more time to spend with my son doing FUN stuff! I wish I would not have waited so long to try this. I just cannot say enough about this company. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

They went above and beyond what we expected. Even our landlord, who is impossible to please was overwhelmed and consequently, our full security deposit was refunded to us. And the best part of this cleaning service-they use all natural,and quot;greenand quot; products so if you have pets as we do, they are harmless, and you don't get that and quot;clean, bleachyand quot; smell. You MIGHT find a cleaner that is a few bucks cheaper, but I promise you won't find one that is better! Good job P.S. I'll definitely be contacting you again for my next cleaning needs.
