Lake Geneva Area Realty

I sold my home in Burlington. I listed with Lake Geneva Area Realty because they offer a 4% commission if sold " in house" or 4.8% commission if an outside agent sold it. Sal Dimiceli Jr. was my agent. After almost a year on the market we got it sold. YEAH!!! Sal Jr. did a very professional job of selling and marketing the property. I closed on July 30th, 2015. During the sale & moving process I had many issues that needed to be addressed, Lake Geneva Area Realty were with me every step of the way. We own a house in Tennessee and were going to go there the afternoon of the closing, but 4 days before, my husband had to go into the ICU in Waukesha and ended up with Open heart surgery with 3 by-passes during the sale and closing. So I had to arrange the moving, contracting contractors and had to close on the house. Just before closing Sal Jr. made arrangements to put me up at a dog friendly, (I have 2 dogs), real nice hotel in Waterford " free of charge" for a whole week. I stayed there while my husband was in the hospital. Sal Jr. even offered to pay for a few extra days if I needed to stay a little longer. Then he got in touch with the selling agent, Debbie Wiedenfeld, from Shorewest Realtors, (5111 S. 76th St, Greendale, WI 53129 PH: 414-423-2450 EXT. 221 who arrived at my house with her whole family and helped me pack and move everything out of the house into the garage before the new owners arrived. They arranged the whole garage so it would look nice and neat. That really took a load off of my mind, because I still had a few things at the old house. The new owners gave me a few days to give me time to move those items. I did stay for the whole week at the hotel as the guest of Lake Geneva Area Realty and my husband and I can't thank them enough. My husband was really stressed about my situation, and I his, and this took a lot or worry off of him while he was hospitalized. We are still in Wisconsin. Waukesha Memorial Hospital is putting us up for a couple of weeks at no charge at one of their two bedroom apartments until we can travel down to Tennessee. Everyone and including the lord above were and still are looking out for us. My husband is on the road to recovery. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU -- Everyone.
