Excellent job and when I first called they explained that they were very busy and, unfortunately, it would be a few weeks before they could stop out and do the work. I appreciated their honesty and we scheduled an appointment. They were there right on time. Did a great job and their invoice was very fair. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Guy put in a furnace about 8 years ago. It's been great. They even made a special stand to make it so super easy for me to change the filter. Don't have to open any doors. Just take out the old filter and slide in the new.
Guy used to do maintenance on my furnace and in the summer on my a/c. Everyone asked for Guy. Maybe the new serviceman is good, I do not know. I never chanced it. Here's why---
Once tried their plumbing division. They sent someone really young out. He ran into a problem. They had to call his supervisor over. The supervisor told me they would have to cut the wall in my bathroom open, etc. I never did it.. That was about 10 years ago. There may be a problem, but it has been ok for the last 10 years so far...
I switched plumbers at that point.
All I am saying is this is a nice company and their supervisors seemed to know what they were doing. But if you don't know if they are sending out.... the new guy, well.... Maybe they are all great like Guy, or better?

I have used them for the last three years. They are very ethical. The cost is very reasonable and they have come back to follow up with things at no extra charge. I have never met them because this is a 2nd property, so they are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Annual service of my Trane furnace that Expert installed new about 6-7 years ago. I always ask for Guy. He is great. This time he found a few dead bees had fallen from the roof vent into my unit, and vacuumed them out. Had to replace the igniter and thermostat. I had never liked the programmable thermostat--I like to manually adjust the heat. I also did not like the touch pad-it felt like it would wear out. And changing the thermostat batteries was a nightmare. The new Honeywell thermostat is perfect for me. So simple to use. There's just a few old-fashioned, actual buttons to push, and it lights up when you touch it, which is great during the night. I have been satisfied with Expert Heating for over seven years.

We had no heat in our house at the time. We called them and they said " the temperature in the house can never get higher than 10 degrees compared to temperature outside". They would not come to the house and assured me that everything would work fine. I ended up calling another company who came out told me that it was installed incorrectly. I am very disappointed in this company and feel I need to warn people about them.
