 + -1 moreFrom start to finish the easiest guy to deal with. Remember I saw the home once when purchased and beening sick and house bound did not see it again til finished. He showed me colors,styles and let him design and coordinate everything. I could not ask for a better contractor or home. He saved me thousands knowing suppliers,promotions and deals from local big box store and his own attention to detail to do it right the first time!
Description of Work: I recently purchased a Bank Foreclosure and this house was awful. It needed New wiring,plumbing,Furnace and Air,kitchen and Bath remodel,all new drywall,floors leveled and need flooring throughout, new roof and siding. By the way my partner and I are dieing of Cancer so we wanted to be in the home asap to spend our last months in Lake Geneva. We told Bill we needed to be in one month. He started on April 4 and finished the interior by April 29th. We new we were asking a lot to total gut and redo all the electric,plumbing, heating,drywall,floors,kitchen and bathroom. This is a all new home in less than 30 days. The neighbors love the fact the the ugly house is bran new. Bill and Jim are the best! we told them our budget and met it not knowing what they would find. If you want what you pay for and done correct and efficient call Bill of Trades, He is Fantastic!
