They are honest and when they see you in time they bring it in and they work on it, they don't just sit there.

Chris, Shannon and the staff were excellent.  They discussed the problem and addressed the situation, timely, and efficiently.  We have used them before and will trust them again and again.

They have very good garage. They are very honest. They are all good. We have been using them for five or six years.

They were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our (my wife, daughter & I's) time. The vehicle was towed to the shop, Chris & his team provided a quote within a couple of days. When he called with the quote, Chris provided a couple of options for us to choose from and explained the pro's and con's of each option. After we made our choice, he informed us that they would order the engine and let us know when the work was done. There were a few timing delays, not because of Autoworks Plus, but because of the delivery schedule for the new engine.

Once the service was done, we received a call to come and pick up the vehicle. When we arrived to pay and pickup the vehicle, Chris took me to see the old engine so I had a better understanding of exactly what happened to the old engine. About a week later, we heard an intermittent  noise unlike anything heard before and immediately called Chris. He drove to our home to take a look at it and did not find the source. For the next couple weeks, that noise would come and go and we would swing by the shop each time, hoping it would sound off so Chris could hear it. Finally, it did and he tightened down a firewall screw that came loose.
