In addition to fixing the issue at hand, he did not try to sell me all new equipment and talk me into upgrades like a few of the other techs I have hired in the past. He gave an honest, impartial evaluation of how long my existing furnace would remain functional with a few new parts in addition to exactly what benefits I could expect from a new unit from both a cost standpoint and a return on my investment from energy savings.
