Terrible. He came to my home told me the problem; told me the size of furnace I had and left ten minutes later. I got billed $89 for this. 12 days later my mother who was fighting cancer was hospitalized. I called them and to let them know that I would be out of town and would contact them the following week. My mother passed a few days later. I told him I would like pay as soon as I returned from moving her things back and the service. He charged me late fees and interest. The day of my mothers funeral he called and said he didn't care about my mother passing he just wanted his money. I asked for some leeway and said I was over 6 hrs away and would be in contact as soon as I was back. When I returned home my bill had doubled from interest and late fees. He was here for 10 minutes literally now the bill is up to 200 bucks. The reason I didn't pay, well after hiring another company who was wonderful informed that this previous heating company diagnosed my furnace wrong, also told me the wrong size it was (BTUs) and also informed me this isn't the 1st time they have had to correct his mistakes.
