Once we ordered the work to be accomplished, contact from the corporate office in St. Cloud, MN, was weekly until work was completed.
Window quality was top of the line... expensive, but worth it.
Installation workmanship was superb.
Follow-up visit to check quality of work was prompt and very well done.
The BBB rates this company as an "F"; they sure seem like and "A+" to me!

My experience started back in May when they came and gave me an estimate.  Unfortunately I was dealing with an insurance check due to storm damage and after I signed paperwork I found out that this company really doesn't deal with that.  They wanted all monies/finanancing upfront on paper.  They promised certain things and then came back and removed them from the work order-I was told that my warranty was dependent on certain things being done but only to find out that was a total lie.  They initially cancelled my contract due to them not wanting to wait for my mortgage holder to issue back my insurance refund check.  I made the mistake of resigning with them.  Started this in May and finally roofing crew came to my house at the end of July.  The gutter's were not installed until approx 10 days later.  They left a mess especially in my back yard-nails-staples-cig butts and unfortunately one of my little dog's found one of the spent staple stacks and cut her foot-needed two stitches and cost $240 for this.  After signing with this company I did hear of other experiences people had and looked on the Better Business Bureau website in which they are rated an "F" - if they call...hang up the phone - don't walk away from them...run!!!  I told them in advance that if I was treated fairly there was more work that I would look at giving them....apparently that didn't matter and I feel that because I was a woman I was taken advantage of by this company.  They had initially told me that all their "crews" were their own workers, when in fact the roofing crew and gutter crew were two separate contractors who worked for them but were not actually company employees.  Going forward I'm going to use a local company that I know has been around for many years and the people that work for them are actually "their" workers.  I learned a very valuable lesson!!

The initial sale was professional, with Power Point and product examples. The installation was less than average. The follow up service I would grade an F. The work was normal. There was a little bit of a mess left behind. One of the windows was cracked upon arrival. The installers indicated they reordered it as soon as they saw it and would contact us within a few weeks to put the new one in. The reality is they never did anything with it and it took us months to get it taken care of. The work itself was normal. I am not a contractor but I do not think all of the proper sealing was done on the cladding. Pre-installation I would have graded them higher but the follow up was a nightmare.
