This is our second year using Scott's. Members of our family had used them in the past and referred them to us. We noted their price was very affordable. Although we still have a few issues in our yard, it is still a lot better than it was last year (2010). There were a few occasions in 2010 we were told they did something they didn't, but when asked, they did correct the situation. This is the main reason I rated them as "good". So far in 2011, we have no complaints.
