Tim came and gave an estimate (which was close to final bill.
He was prompt , neat thorough. We like show off basement plumbing.

I had been accumulating my list of plumbing problems for a few months before I finally called Tim. He wasn't available when I called, so I left a message, and he called me back quite promptly. He was able to come over the next day, I believe, and took care of all the problems on my list in one visit. It made me wonder why I had waited so long to call in the first place. I will use him again.
