Professional. We always use Mr. Thompson's wife Gene. She is nice with the animals, and the animals seem to really like her.

If I could check myself in; I'd go. They're great. If somebody's got information about a vet and there's nothing they can do and I would definitely say to go there. They worked short of miracles. I've been going there for over 30 years. If there's always an emergency they're always there.

We really like them. It is clean. They have a cat and other animals that live in the facility. It is a nice atmosphere. They are pushy with refills of medications, you have to have an appointment to get a refill on your pet's medication.
