Customer service is awful. Ordered this robe 12/4 and was told a week after that it was back ordered. Then I got another email a week later saying it was now back ordered until mid April. I wrote 4 emails asking to cancel my order and heard nothing. I am now writing my 5th in hopes someone will listen. If you plan on ordering be sure you don't need customer service.

I received the product and the foam topper was two inches short on all sides. It was far too short to use. The mattress pad said to wash before use. I washed the pad and it smelled horrific when it was wet. I tried to dry it, but stopped after three hours when other occupants began to complain about the odor.We then hung it on a cabinet in our basement garage because I did not want the odor in my apartment. It smelled like something dead. I am very disappointed. I called Jason the supervisor and explained what happened. He told me to return everything and they would pick up the shipping and purchasing a bigger box. Due to the shrink wrapped used to ship there was no way to get product back in the box. I ended up having to buy a bigger box to ship it. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get it back in the box. I faxed the return label and the amount for shipping to the office and received confirmation, but I have not received the credit. I called the company and Theresa who is a manager said they said they did not receive my fax. I talked to Patricia and Angela who are also managers, but they said I would have to speak with Theresa. I don't understand what has happened since I had received confirmation the original fax was received. Now I have to drive 5 miles to send yet another fax. They are only willing to reimburse one dollar per fax. It has been a tremendous hassle. Update: Once I mentioned my Angie's List report the made an "exception" and issued a refund to resolve the issue.
