Really bad, I would set up apt and he would no show, He would tell the primary multiple time I canceled the apt and I did not. I would call and call and call and he would just blow me off. It took 7 months of me calling, waiting on hold for 45 min every time, with him and the primary to get him here. He was a smug little a** when he did show. I was tied in buy contract to use him. To many good people to use don't waist your time.
