Tony was very patient and showed me and my husband MANY houses and we were looking on the lower cost end of the housing market. I can say that we became trusted friends by the time we finally closed. Having never met before, Tony was very willing to help us get our purchase check list complete as we are new to the area and coming from 4 hours away we weren't familiar with the local processes and professionals to assist. He went out of his way to schedule our inspection quickly and at a time that worked for my husband so he could be present. He also helped negotiate a very short time between offer and close as I was homeless until able to move in and living in a hotel. Even during a family emergency requiring him to miss our showing schedule, Tony arranged for another team member so I could still maintain my schedule. We will definitely use Tony Lyga and the Dan Stacey Team for any future realty needs.
