He was excellent. Another company did the job wrong and they were great in coming out and fixing it. They gave reasonable price and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

In the end, the project turned out wonderfully. It just was a lot more mess than we expected, and the electrician didn't have any supplies to tape the rooms off. It also cost more for our sheet rock repair.

They were such a delight. The estimator came out as scheduled, listened, looked around, gave us a quote and we said go for it. They schedule the work to be done and the workers arrived on time on the very day, punctuality such as we had not experienced before in this area.... They did an excellent job. Even recommended how it would work better. Best of all, they covered up carpteting to not mess it up and they cleaned up after themselves, they did not leave a speck of dirt or debris. We were very pleased.

Called for an appointment. Contact time was set at once. Out here on time. Sent written estimate/contract within a few days. Scheduled work to be done. Installed on the date agreed upon. Worked steadily, explained how it was set up. IT WORKED perfectly to melt roof/gutter/valley ice all winter. Very happy with the results. Minimal use of electricity. Of course, I'd call them for any other electrical work.

Very good over all experience. I would recommend them and have.

They sent out a kid on Saturday and he put five holes in the outside of the house and two in the wall in the bedroom. He put a plastic cover over the one that he put in the wrong place. He didn't tell us that he had goofed up. I didn't look to see what he had done til after he left, since I figured "How could he goof up a simple thing like putting in one outlet?" When I called Kish to complain, they sent Roger out and I showed him the mess. He said that they could fix the hole in the bedroom wall, but I would have to paint the entire wall when they were done. I asked for a reduced bill. When I got the bill it was for $188.52. I called and asked why I didn't get a reduced bill and he said that it WAS reduced. The kid was only here for 1/2 hour and made a mess and $188.52 was a Reduced bill? I told them I would only pay $100 and I was doing that under protest. I would never use them again for any reason.

They came out quickly after the tornado. They did a good job. They were on time.
