Business owner, Stan Howe responded in a timely manner field measuring and reviewing the project for quoting. The house has a 10 & 12 pitch gable roof , 4 valleys, and 2 dormers. The garage and the full length front and rear porches have 4 & 12 pitch roofs. Project size approximately 23 Square, with full tear off and replacement. The quote was available within a week.
The quoted costs were close to expected. Material delivery from the manufacturer was longer than expected, but, at no fault of the contractor. The product and color of choice was specified by the owner in the request for quote. The delay between the delivery of materials and the project start was completely attributable to the contractor. Once started, though, the project proceeded in a timely manner to completion. Some project holds existed due to weather. The assigned lead man was very knowledgeable and professional, accommodating the owner while completing the job.
