He has been there before when we had problems with our furnace. Had to replace parts a couple of times. He is always prompt or as least stops right by to to at least diagnose the problem so he can get parts etc ordered right away if needed. Once when we called it was as simple as a fuse of some sort that was actually on the furnace. Very cold weather, well below zero for days. He was really busy but he came right over and found the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He refused to take any money for the service that day. I can't say enough good stuff about this guy.
