Known for custom pipe bending, Dee's was the first repair shop in the La Crosse, Wisconsin and Winona, Minnesota area to have a pipe bender specializing is exhaust repair. We employ ASE certified technicians and promote continuous education to keep up with the changes in the auto repair industry. My daughter's 2003 Ford Tarus stopped working in subzero weather. Someone helped get it started and she took it to Dee's. They checked it over reporting that it only needed to have the terminals cleaned/tightened on the battery and another electrical connection. They were very courteous and charged her nothing for taking care of it. This was especially magnanimous of them considering the number of other weather related business they were dealing with.
However the diagnosis by Dee's was great.
They don't try to up sell you on services not really needed, like many dealers do.
When they quote a price, that is the price. No extras, etc.
I've always been able to get in for service promptly, and the work is done in a timely matter.
If it something beyond their capabilities, they will tell you, and refer you to an expert.
I give them a very high recommendation. It's nice to have a repair shop that you can trust.
