Installed new carpeting and flooring in new home. For the most part the install was very well done with one glaring exception. In our great room and four seasons room the staples in the underlayment began working their way back up through the vinyl flooring creating hundreds of unsightly bumps in the floor. At first Jeff was a little hard to get to come and inspect the problem. But once he did he agreed the problem was in the flooring and would need to be totally replaced. The flooring and underlayment was replaced and now looks great. The work was done at no additional charge to us.
