Bagniefski Heating & Air Conditioning

They provided poor service and did not fix the issue! Spoke to the owner and he was unreasonable and provided excuses. I do not recommend this company!!

I highly recommend Bagnefski because they take pride in there work! The men that came to install our AC unit were very courteous and answered all our questions.

Showed up within an hour of calling ... on a very hot 95-degree day. Gave us the option of trying to seal a large coolant leak for $600, which may or may not work, or replacing the 25-year-old unit with a new, more efficient one. We opted to replace with new unit. Had it installed and running by 10:30 a.m. the next day. Easy and seamless to work with. One bummer was they charge an extra 3% if you charge it in a credit card. Would definitely use them again. I trust them to tell me the truth.

Everything went smoothly. Bagniefsky even financed the payment for new heater and the work.

Our furnace was making a clicking sound. The website has an email problem submission window that we made our inquiry at. We received within minutes, a response that said that we would be hearing in the morning when the service could be performed. They called before 9 am. which was what was promised. Right at noon the repair technician arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem, called to make sure that the work he was going to do was authorized by us and a relay switch was replaced.
About a week later the same clicking noise was heard and within a half hour of calling, the service technician came out and replaced the a different relay switch.
We received a bill of $130 for the service call and the part/labor to replace it. A week later a second bill for no charge was sent for the technician to replace the second switch. This is not uncommon and it is hard to test switches especially when the click sounds stop upon replacing the switch.

After having my furnace die on the 20th of December, I tried to no avail to contact many local HVAC companies. I called Bagniefski and he came to my home that day, he rigged my old furnace to temporarily work, and gave me an estimate the next day. All in All we had our brand new Trane HVAC system installed in the blink of an eye. The crew they have then came back and finished the AC install in the spring. I never thought I would love a HVAC company... But Bagniefski deserves it.

This was in response to an issue with my furnace, but was arranged through my homeowner's warranty. The warranty company is requiring a second opinion prior to proceeding with the work, and that has not yet been done.

We woke up to a house to freezing cold house. We called them and answered and they came out right away. This was one of the coldest days on record and they came out that day and fixed it that day. They did a great a job.

While they are here, they explain everything. They do a good job. They are reasonable.

They're prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and always able to fix the problem.
