They were great! They were the authorized service for our American Home Shield policy, and came to do the initial service call to look at the system. They worked with AHS to get us a replacement unit. All said and done we only ended up paying for the upgrade from a heat pump system to an LP furnace. They were polite and cleaned up where they were so it was cleaner then when they came. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation!
