I first called Anderson Movers to get an estimate, after explaining to the woman that answered that it would be for an elderly uncle moving to an assisted living facility for an indeterminate amount of time. She was polite, professional, asked about how many pieces of furniture, the 2 addresses, and gave me an estimate of about 3 hours time. We set up the time and date. The men arrived on time (early, in fact) asked me to take them through the house first to see which pieces would be going (to make a plan on which should go in truck first), then went to work. They were fast, courteous, efficient, professional, and careful. We arrived at the assisted living facility right after them, they moved the furniture in, while my uncle was trying to "help" direct them. They were courteous and polite to him (even though at 89 and in a walker he was making things harder to move in and around). They finished quickly (just like at the house), made up the bill, I paid it when they were through and they left. Fast, simple, and sweet!

They sent an adequate number of people who worked quickly and professionally. It was a hot day and there was a flight of stairs, but they kept a fast pace.

Their local folks in Wisconsin packed our breakables. Delivery to the Boston area was prompt, and everyone worked hard. A few things were broken, but not an unusual number, and Atlas eventually sent us a satisfactory settlement check. We would use them a third time.
