This was an excellent remodel experience, from the presentation of the contract to the odds and ends at completion. I was reluctant to start this project not knowing what to expect in a 150 year old house but this bathroom was done beautifully, with expertise and craftsmanship. You can tell Tim has been doing this for years. Tim and the men he worked with (Jason and Zach) were professional, skilled, and experienced. They were respectful of the property including putting down tarps, running fans, cleaning up etc. They arrived on time and worked long hours . They answered my numerous questions, and I had a lot, wanting to know options. The sub-contractors were managed well and did excellent work. Tim did the tile work and designed the wood cabinets himself. The cabinets had to custom fit the small space we had for the sink area, and the tile work behind the sink had to blend with the wall tile, all of this was done with an eye for design . We were very pleased with Tim Bader's A Guy and a Hammer.
