All three were 20 years old. I had trouble with one leaking, even after I got a new flapper. I was going through home depot and I decided to contact them directly. I described the problem, and they sent me three new sealers for all my toliets. It fixed the problem. You can call them directly and they will guide you through the process of how to install their products.

One day my fan started to drop to the side. I noticed a plastic piece was broken. I called the company, explained the problem, and they sent me out a new fan. Mine was 30 years old and they mailed me a knew fan no charge to me. They have great customer service.
