I was quoted 1 day and about 500.00, it ended up taking 2 full days and they didn't even move everything. In addition I am missing items and money (change ~100.00). The quality of packing ended up costing me extra due to the poor use of space. When they showed up the first day they didn't bring enough supplies for packing so they ended up waiting on more boxes etc. They don't have a staff as they only hire day workers when they book a job so the quality will not get better with experience.
Overall I was very disappointed and feel I overpaid big time.
Also on Saturday Aug. 2, 2014 the driver of the Move It vehicle proceeding at a high rate of speed down a rural road approximately 8:00 AM - that was me riding the bicycle who you ran off the road due to your unsafe driving.
I have all correspondences documented between myself and James that prove I am owed monies refunded and an apology. A true, honest business will make it right!!!!!!
"[MEMBER], I am so very sorry to hear this! We have recently done some "House Cleaning" due to this very reason. The person you are talking about is no longer with our company and we have made management changes. We know that we are not perfect but we strive to have the best service in the industry. Moving is one of the most stressful times in someones life. You should not have to worry about the movers messing anything up for you. Clearly we have failed here and I am sorry. We have fixed the problem so there should be no more issues like this in the future but I would like to speak with you about your particular issue to learn more.
