The design process was very professional. He asked questions about what sorts of plants/trees we would like and came back a few days later with a full design and corresponding power point to show us what each plant would look like. He made a few adjustments that we wanted due to our tastes. Some of our requests we made he offered up other thoughts, knowing more about what it will look like long term & keeping the cost down.
The actual work took a day and a half to complete. My children were watching the entire time and he was very kind to them (ages 7, 4, and 2).
He gave us instructions on how to care for the plants and trees before he was finished.
The work did not start when they had estimated however there were factors outside of their control that likely caused all of the delay. The major contributors were (1) bad weather and (2) a job in the schedule ahead of mine adding additional work mid-job. They communicated to me these delays in a very timely manner.
