My wife said that the guy who came out to give an estimate was not the friendliest. When she asked for a copy of the estimate, he told her she would have to request it via email.... which I did and received it in a timely manner. When I gave them the job, they said it would take 7-10 days to get the glass in. I waited and never heard anything from them. I called and asked when they were coming out and it was then that they set-up an appointment. I was told 10:00 an they showed-up @ 9:00 instead. Not a problem, just a little unexpected. The guys that did the work, did a good job.
