Excellent move-out cleaning of 2 bedroom apartment, no water used and therefore no damage to carpet or pads!

EXCELLENT WORK by this company. Very professional, courteous and thorough. This was our first time cleaning the grout after it's installation almost a decade ago and I was amazed by how clean it got (I forgot that was the original color!) Technicians showed me the progress and had me inspect areas as they went along asking if I wanted anything redone or given special attention.

The technician was socialable, thorough with his work and the job was completed quicker than anticipated.

Awesome company. They do fantastic work!!! I have a dog and he's very messy. There were numerous dark brown stains in my carpet. The stains were from food, dribble, and eye leakage. The Dry Guys were able to removed all stains. I am a very satisfied customer.

They were great. I called a few days prior to set up an appt, spoke with Kathy (very pleasant and nice). Kathy gave me an estimate over the phone, and said it could change a little once they came out and saw what needed to be done. Price ended up being exactly what Kathy estimated, so I was happy about that.
Service technician, Russ, came out at exact time appt was scheduled, confirmed price with me, and got right to work. This guy was unbelievably cordial and friendly. For example: I have 2 highly friendly dogs, and as usual when a worker comes into my house -- I offered to put them away. He said not to, that he loved dogs - he then asked their names, and proceeded to remember and call them by their names several times while he was working. (I have had boyfriends not able to remember their names this quickly....lol). This may seem like a trivial thing, but I thought it was awesome, and I am sure the other dog folks out there will relate to this!
Russ did an outstanding and thorough job, my carpet and couch looked great when he was done. Amazingly high level of customer service. I would definitely use this company again!

They are excellent and they use hypoallergenic cleaning materials. I have asthma and I have never had any issues with their work. They get out animal stains and I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them.

They knew exactly what to do. Didn't ask for my help. Came back daily to check on dryness.

The cleaning went well overall. Three men came and were done in approximately 3 hours. I worked from home that morning, and they were very courteous and did not interrupt me at all. There were a few stains that were not able to be removed, but overall the carpet looked better. The dry cleaning method they used was great as well; I didn't have to wait to walk on the carpet afterwards.
The price seemed to be competitive with other companies, and they even waived the trip fee for coming all the way out to Williams Bay!

Overall, the Dry Guys are expensive. But the upside of using them is that your carpet is not wet for 12-24+ hours after they clean. With 2 dogs and 2 humans, I just couldn't consider wet carpet for that long. The technician was very courteous and professional. After he was done he had me walk through the house to make sure I was satisfied. When I need professional carpet cleaners, Dry Guys will be who I turn to again in the future.

Last minute request for cleaning and they were here within an hour! I have NEVER had this good of a service response. Price was a bit more than I expected but very happy with the outcome.

Kathy provided a onsite review of the job specifics and a quote for the carpet cleaning. She reviewed the process thoroughly. I was impressed she had a laptop computer w/ printer that calculated and printed the quote right on the spot!
A date was scheduled for the carpet cleaning to meet my needs.
Shawn arrived promptly and explained the entire process to me.
He was very professional and did a great job.

Everything went fantastic. They use carpet cleaning which is a dry process and you don't have to worry about the furniture getting wet. They move the carpeting very quickly after they are done. They were very personable, got the job done very quickly, explained what they were going to do and cleaned up everything up by themselves.

They were courteous, on time, great price, great consideration, great quality of work. From start to finish, they were unbelievable. They had great follow-through. If anyone ever gets flooded or needs their carpets cleaned, I would recommend them in a flash!
